First cycle. Please critique

O yea! My before photo makes me want to yack but my after should be pretty decent.

I will probably throw up both because it should be pretty amazing to see as long as my gear is gtg.

1-4, Are you happy with your results so far? Your before stuff hs at least partially got to be in your head. We are typically our own worst critics.
 
Quick update,

Did not lift yesterday nor am I planning to today. No pinning today either.

No Pip from yesterday's pin of PEP's Test E.

I was a little more irritable. Could be that I was up at O dark thirty though or maybe because my girl has been traveling lately or maybe I have jizz back up or it could be estrogen related? Maybe I should take my letro...

Amen to that King! I'm going to go eat some letro now. I think .5mgs should do it. She won't be back for ten days. I'm going to try to get her bowlegged on the cruise ship. She can at least use the excuse of being on a ship!:D

No not happy, quite yet. I need to look more full and rounded. My before pic is honestly skinny, I took it sept 17 at 163.

I want to look like I am a very muscular guy, not a thin guy that works out.

I started skinny like brad Pitt in fight club, I want to finish somewhere near Ryan Reynolds in blade trinity ;).

Maybe one day I will get ahold of Dwayne Johnson's cycle...

Went to the gym and again set new PR on 8 rep flat bench. Also a new PR for 5 reps.

I cut letro to one day a week. I'm a little more moody but weight stayed at 208. I'm not going UP in weight though so a little frustrating. I'm going to try getting more calories in with dinner time and see if that helps.

Kickin ass man, Don't worry about the weight, it will come.Looks like your stamina is going up tho and that means you might wanna tweak your training to include some drop sets or lower the sets and up the weight or somthing.
We are about the same build and I'm feeling something with my test only experiment. Brothers in IRON w00t :D

I've been trying to figure out where I want to go with it. I kind of thought of taking a week and doing 4 x 3 on everything. I'm not sure. I'll try to read more about it. Although the variety is probably good for muscle growth. Thanks for the idea bro!
 
So pinned PEP's Test E for the second time today. Hit the left quad. Had some slight PIP but no big deal.

I was having a great leg workout, squatting and leg pressing heavy and then I dropped a 45 pound plate on my big toe. I called a toe truck but they said it wasn't broken. Needles to say it kind of put a damper on my workout. Lower back was a little extra cranky. Could it be a lower back pump? What do you all think?

Oh, since I've cut letro to once a week my weight is coming back. I was at 210 today. YES!!!

I'd say lower back pumps. Just posted in my log my lower back was shot after squats. It sucks but just give it a few minutes between sets.

I guess that is common then, the lower back squats with just Test? I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing it or it may be time for a trip the doctor!
