What's your favorite weight training exercise?

You can only pick one.. Not looking for the best exercise to do this or that..

Just looking for your favorite exercise that YOU like doing?

Mine is probably the only one you'll see in this thread..

Reverse barbell curls
 
Lunges, because they pack, on mass :D

Yea, I do those curl bar reverse a lot,
And my forearms look sweet?.

I like rack pulls, from knee high
Cause they blow up my traps
And keep my upper body looking good..

I stopped them for weeks and traps went down..
Even shoulders dropped some, but I am still solid

Not squatting..or crunches

Im between dumbbell lateral raises and hammer curls, even though hammer curs dont do shit for me.

This is really a tough one... Squats at the moment.. That'll change when I come off cycle though.. Deads always make me feel like a freaking gorilla.. One I've only been doing for a couple months is seated incline DB curls, not alternating, both at the same time. I do a drop set with 4 pairs of DBs and swear it's almost as good as an orgasm..
 
Squats. Gotta love them and hate them at the same time. I feel like I have done something on leg day. If you dont do legs you are missing out.

So many gym goers just doing curls all the time drives me crazy. I'm sure no one here skips legs though.

Only calves now, but I will get back,
To them and Deads soon ..

Somehow, I think they were building my obliques
Something I had gone when I was Upstate and
Not having any weights, at all..

My abs were top notch with fat all gone
And obliques gone ..
The muscles in my abs are bigger now, though

Squats and deadlifts are the best core exercises out there.

Most powerlifter a have extremely strong cores...they're just covered under a massive layer of fat :D
