So you ran DNP LYB? How long did you run it and how much fat did you lose? Sides were awfull you said huh?

Ran it for a total of 8-9 days if I remember correctly
Lost about 13lb of fat and 3 of muscle
Great fat loss but the side effect where not worth it I almost was pushing up Daisys
So you take dnp just kind of randomly? From what I read about it you are suppose to take it for 10 days or two weeks and not stop and just pick days. I don't think it works like that. I think you have to take it the whole time. I guess a cycle is not suppose to be any longer then 2 weeks. Maybe this and your diet is the reason you aren't getting the results you want. What was your starting weight and what are you now?

most people don't know how to eat...
they use dnp as a quick fix. It works... but... if you don't know how to eat properly... the fat is coming back.

I am starting one the first week in January for 10 days at a very low dose of 100mg per day. Debating if I should even bump to 200mg on day 5+.
I am 5'1 114lbs. Guessing 18-19% BF right now (not proud of it)
Ideal: 5'1 104 at 17% (these were my stats 2 years ago)
DNP will help jumpstart the fat loss, clean diet and hiit will take off the rest.
