After going back and forth on this I decided to stop being a chickenshit and give it a go, this sounds like a lot of fun and I've never done any type of contest..
I guess for classification purposes I'll call this a clean bulk.. I just had the flu and was out of the gym for 3 weeks do be gentle.. My body is PRIMED TO GROW!! 
So without furthur ado... WEIGHING IN AT A WHOPPING 200.5 poundsrolleyes HERE'S JOHNNY!! [)][)]
