MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

On average, my BP is 111-114/74, based on the last 10 days of readings. I guess that means Telmisartan isn’t really necessary for me?

I thought you'd come back with something like 120/70, which leaves some room to get into what's considered truly ideal based on current science.

But you're literally there.

Below 120/80 is now considered "normal".

Below 115/75 and plaque buildup in arteries falls off a cliff.

You're literally there.

That said, 2.5mg/5mg daily low dose Cialis is associated with a lower risk of stroke, heart attacks, and potentially prevents dementia.

Give it a month. If you get sides they almost always disappear as your body acclimates to it.

Though telmisartan won't work for you, another BP med, Minoxidil, in a microdose will not only improve the quality of your hair, but evidence is emerging it helps collagen develop in blood vessels keeping them more flexible, and therefore healthier.

A 2.5mg dose won't have any appreciable impact on your BP, and sides will almost certainly be non existent or minimal and temporary.

Just an update one of my packs from January were seized and I received a love letter from the FDA today so that’s fun. There are already reships in the works so hopefully I’ll end up receiving everything but yeah just an fyi for those buying right now.

I know 2 of those (MT2 and Cialis) can cause that issue. They are certain trazodone played a part? I’ve used it on and off for years and never experienced anything like that.

MT-2 (or the related PT-141) and Cialis do not cause priapism.

I know many think they may, but they absolutely do not.

I've had priaprism, twice, had to be drained, and out of necessity became an expert on the topic since I use those conpounds.

Yeah, as soon as I mentioned Trazodone the doc said ah, the trazoBONE got you.

I’ve used MT2 and Cialis for years, never had an issue. Add the Trazodone and here I am, blood all over me, laying on a gurney looking like I just gave birth.

Everyone is affected differently, all I’m saying is be aware that this could be an outcome.

Trazadone and some other rare meds can. Along with some diseases.

If you have an 2 hour erection. it goes down for a few seconds, even if it returns, that's not priapism.

Basically MT-2 and PT-141 can't cause priapism for the same reason you can't hold your breath until you die. They don't override the "emergency release" like those other drugs can.

Appreciate it, sir! As always, you break things down perfectly. Good to know my BP is already in the sweet spot. I’ll give low-dose Cialis a shot and see how it goes over the next month - worst case, I just end up with better pumps in the gym. The Minoxidil microdose is definitely something I didn’t expect to have vascular benefits, but now you’ve got me curious. Might have to look into that too. Thanks again for the solid advice!

What about 180/35? Telmi may work and help lower my h&h as well…

but also adding in 5mlg cialis every day to every other day… id considered propanol… for the anxiety relief at 5-10 mlg per day, or nebivol… for the bp… but dont want to over do it…

Your BP is 180/35??

With that diastolic I'm afraid he's already dead at this point. We were too late.
Sir, one more question.

I saw in another thread that you recommend 0.25mg Finasteride + 2.5mg Minoxidil daily for guys dealing with hair loss. Luckily, I hit the genetic lottery - my hair is solid, my dad’s hair is solid, and my grandfather at 70 still has a better head of hair than me.

But could I take this combo as a preventative measure while on cycle? It won’t do any harm, right? Or am I just overthinking and setting myself up for a lifetime subscription to these pills for no reason?

PS: I’m 36

No, it won't do any harm (obvious disclaimer. Outside of very rare allergic reactions etc). Those are minuscule doses rarely associated with even mild sides.

Yes, it will protect your hair. The truth is, the time to protect it is when it's still healthy. By the time you notice visible thinning, immense damage has already been done and most of it is irreversible.

You will slow the almost inevitable growth of your prostate and potentially spare (or at least delay) trickling piss later in life, and reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

Each of those compounds will cause shedding phases in the first couple of months, which is normal and not hair loss.

If you are a freak responder to Fin like me, and have sides as a result, just drop it and you'll be back to baseline in a couple of weeks. But even I, an outlier, am ok at .25mg and the vast majority are ok with 1mg.

I think as a gear user, with a head of hair still worth protecting, it's a good investment for your future. Whether we like it or not, a good head of hair is a major factor in attractiveness at all ages.

Appreciate the solid info as always. Went ahead and ordered Cialis, Finasteride, and Minoxidil - better to be proactive while there’s still something to protect. Also grabbed Telmisartan, because let’s be real, no one’s completely safe from BP issues, and Modafinil since I’ve never tried it before and I’m curious to see what the hype is about.

Once everything arrives, I’ll start Cialis at 5mg daily, Fin at 0.25mg, and Minox at 2.5mg, just as you suggested. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out. Thanks again for the insight, always appreciate the solid breakdowns.

Don't let any sides from Cialis dissuade you. Almost everyone who experiences them at first find they disappear completely within a month or so. They're all associated from the initial increase in blood flow.

Get yourself a pill organizer if you don't have one. All the stuff you mentioned can be taken in the morning or evening.(not the Moda obviously). Once a day encourages good compliance. A rarity with any medication. Well under 50%, of people take their meds consistently. Consistency is key with all these compounds. First, these are health "maintainance" meds and the biggest benefits are primarily from long term use, and secondly, you "pay" up front, with sides etc, and then you should have none after acclimation and stable blood levels. You don't want to stop and start, stressing your system out all over again.

Thanks, I really appreciate the advice. I stocked up for at least a year since the prices were solid, and with the 20% discount, it just made sense to grab everything at once. Got my pill organizer set up, so consistency won’t be an issue.

I also read through your posts and others mentioning that the initial sides from Cialis tend to fade after a month, so I’m ready to stick it out and let my body adjust. Long-term benefits are what matter, so I’m all in on making it work.
