Doctor won't help!!

Hey guys, any input would be greatly appreciated! I'm 23 and just got my blood work done; my doctor told me I had 'normal levels' and that he would not do anything for me. I have had symptoms of low testosterone(low energy, low libido, poor erections, shrunken testicles) for about a year and a half now after completing two prohormone cycles. I used proper pct but am afraid that I bought a knockoff serm resulting in me never fully recovering. I've tried natural supplements (tongkat ali, tribulus, resveratrol, etc) to no avail. I am not looking for trt or anything permanent, just for a protocol to help jump start testosterone production. My nutrition is good and I have a muscular build (6' 180). Thanks for any help.
Here are the numbers:

a/g ratio 1.8 1.1 - 2.5
bilirubin, total 0.2 0.1 - 1.2
alkaline phosphatase, s 71 25 - 150
ast 26 0 - 40
alt 32 0 - 55

thyroxine (t4) 8.1 4.5 - 12.0
t3 uptake 32% 24 - 39
free throxine index 2.6 1.2 - 4.9

testosterone 480 280 - 800
free testosterone 14 9.3 - 26.5

Lh 5.8 1.7 - 8.6
Fsh 4.2 1.5 - 12.4

prolactin 4.8 4.0 - 15.2
estradiol 21.2 7.6 - 42.6

Please find a dr that will properly evaluate your adrenals, thyroid and also lifestyles to find out why your testosterone levels are low. You need to estabilish if it is primary or secondary. 480 is not that low but if your bio T is low then you could be experiencing symptoms. Most likely your thyroid could be the main issue or nutritroinal imbalnaces. You may eat super clean but it may be unbalanced like 90% of the people involved with health are guilty of.

To add to what Hard says your Estradoil test is not the right one you need one for men get a Quest labs test #4021 range is 13 to 54 pg/ml best level for most men is 20 pg/ml if your above 30 this can bind up your Bio. and Free T levels. Getting this down might bring up your T levels some 200 to 300 Points.
Medibolics
In this link it's about older men but I see high levels in men that did steroids.
Effects of Aromatase Inhibition in Elderly Men with Low or Borderline-Low Serum Testosterone Levels -- Leder et al. 89 (3): 1174 -- Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism

You are smack dab in the middle of the range in everything with no evidence of liver damage. If you want your T higher, well then, ...

Why would you expect the TSH to be anything than normal Dr. Scally?

The assay methods for TSH have advanced significantly in precision. In fact, the check for hypothyroidism is not the end organ products (T4/T3) but TSH. While it is a long shot, the TSH is optimally less than 3, though some reference ranges go as high as 10! If the TSH is above 2.5, I would begin treatment with T4. This might affect the serum T and/or symptoms. Do I actually think this possible - very very small chance. But, the SOC is the TSH.

BTW: (for original post) What do you consider shrunken testicles?

Gentlemen, thank you so much for your responses.

Hardasnails,
I agree completely that my diet is not as balanced as it should be, but I am pretty sure that my low levels are secondary as I have never had any issues before prohormone usage. Does anyone have recommendations for a doctor in the D.C./Baltimore area?? I am willing to travel.

pmgamer,
Thanks for the articles and advice. I will be ordering the right Estradoil test asap.

zkt,
I understand that I am within normal ranges, but I do not feel normal. I am 100% positive that my testosterone levels were significantly higher 2 years ago, before prohormone usage. I am striving to get back to those levels without having to go on trt.

Dr. Scally,
I do not believe I was tested for TSH but will definitely look into it. My testicles are about 40% smaller than before. I hope this helps..

It seems entirely possible that the prohormones raised your T level and you got used to the higher level. Now without them you are at a lower but normal T level. What prohormones? DHEA? Preg and dhea can definitely raise T and E and cortisol. Higher levels of cortisol tend to energize one.

What is the TSH?

TSH is worthless reading when body is understress..When there is stress on HPTA axis signals may be given but body responses are totally altered.
i have seen people with tsh of 1.1 and have ft and total thyroids in the toilet. i use it in primary testing then go by total and free levels as well as symptoms.

Myself and Dr O are located out side philly. Easy train ride up no need for over night stay
PM me for details.

**Update** I visited Hardasnails and Dr O about 6 weeks ago and learned alot about my condition and overall health, well worth the trip. After a few tests, Shawn was able to assess my diet and nutritional deficiencies and started me on a plan to improve my adrenal/thyroid condition. After 6 weeks, my energy levels improved tremendously and Ive had a slight improvement in lobido. Feel free to ask any questions.

Care to provide the labs, diagnoses, and treatments?

Yes please do.

The truth being is that I used muscle testing to identify the areas of imbalances. Dr's think this is bull shit, but I have changed many MD;s opions about it when I told them to check specific things checked out from my quick assessment. They reported back to me HOW DID YOU KNOW.?...Again verified by clincal testing. I suspected specific food allergies before clinical testing. and pin pointed to the T what type of allergies they where. Being african american descent was the biggest red flag which I explained to him reasoning why. Treatment was non meds just identifying nutrient imbalances and finding out why and what he was deficient. His testosterone shot from 363 to 766 with these recommendations. Every one body is different and specific treatment is individualized based. He is typical example of balnacing out the body uinderstanding nutrition and enzymatic reactions resuilted in not needing any meds which typical endos would have started him on androgel. I am getting so proficient at this that I can o second nature. I have a God given gift to have a patient with in 15 minutes by examining them through tongue, eyes, finger lips, energetic field pin, facial structure come up a picture what may be the source of the problems and then write it down on a paper have them get tested then come back to compare the results. Accuracy rate is >95% backed by clincal testing. Balancing Hormone, adrenal, thyroid brain chemistry, gut issues I can literally do in my sleep. Ttechniques I learned are nol taught only to a certain select few because they are not taught to outsiders.

Lalaker please validate what I said was true.

What more can be said? That explains everything.

With a patient success rate of >80% I would say it has strong validity. The thing is that I also works with an MD that supports everything that i do and has seen first hand how powerful it really is. Thats why together we make a powerful team. We will use drugs if need be but if we suspect nutrient imbalnaces we got that route frst for 6 weeks then retest. Every thing I use is pure science no voo doo stuff. i use alot of quantum medicine.
