10ml or 20ml or 30ml vials

How much does it cost and what the moq?
Depends on the filter. Let me grab the catalogues I can find another company too. This one is one of the few I asked and they struck me as quite professional

MOQ is 1000

Most expensive filter is the blue one same as the Braun spike 1.3$

Or there is the Blue same as the kabi one 0.6$

I placed an order recently and they quoted €233.00 shipped (Southeast US) for the Mini Spike 2 Filter x50. So roughly $90 in shipping.
I havn't checked in a while. But, if it's through Praxisdienst, did the website automate an "invoice with a promise to pay?" If so, it may change. However, they've been e-mailing a few days after the "invoice" stating the item is out of stock. That's too much anyway.

Try Altruan. The price per item is more, but should cost overall less than Prax for 50 spikes.

That price was on the final invoice from Praxisdienst with a link to pay. Sadly, I had a poor experience with Altruan recently. If a shipment goes missing they drag you through a monthslong claim process. But if they carried this version of the Mini Spike the shipping would indeed be $50 cheaper. I'm okay spending roughly $4.70 each.

Thanks for the info on Altruan... definitely good to know. I did receive my single order without issue from Altruan, it was a large box with the spikes and large syringes. Which spike are you going with?

The same one @Ghoul mentioned earlier. The blue Mini Spike 2 (4550591) with valve, air/particulate filters, and standard tip. I really like the luer connection on these. Some older Mini Spikes I found on eBay were absolute shit and kept cracking there. Not sure why Altruan doesn’t stock it.

Cool. Those are the ones I ordered as well. Just an FYI... IDK if you have Frankenstein hands like @Ghoul or @Sampei, but they gave a heads up that 4550591 (and likely others) can crack if you twist too hard. Because the spike is easier to grip, when twisting on the luer of the syringe, you want to be a little gentle. I havn't had any issues with mine, and I twist and get a good tight seal, but I've been cautious as I received them after they alerted us of that.

Right now, I'm trying to figure out how/what needs to be done to aspirate without getting any air... down to just .1cc and figuring it more as I go.

I have the svelte hands of a monastery midwife. I babied the connections and they still kept cracking. I don’t see the older version for sale anywhere so I’m guessing the manufacturer took note. But I will definitely heed your advice here and appreciate the heads up.

I can’t recall if the graphic below was already shared but I have it saved to my phone. Are you drawing upside down?
