15 week test e 500 mg

It's pretty simple. If you're not gaining appreciable weight while you're natural, then that signifies that there's a weak link in the chain. Probably diet, but could be your training or could be both.

Whatever gains you make while on this cycle will be pissed away shortly after because that weak link still exists, and AAS can't fix a broken diet and/or training routine.

i've said before, AAS (in a nutshell) are recovery drugs. They only compliment the other aspects involved in building muscle, which would be diet and training. If your diet and training aren't up to snuff, then the use of AAS is a waste.

I'm doing this log so I have something to look back on and compare and also give people who want to read about experiences (like me) a perspective. As I said no ones forcing you to read and it's easily ignored. You seem very insecure and angry about something, maybe you should get that checked before you try bully someone on an anonymous online forum.
 
4th of October: lifted heavier weights in everything yesterday for leg day and worked as hard as every other week but woke up this morning with zero doms when I'd usually be crippled. Could either be the test or miscalculating how hard I worked(doubtful). Only other things I have noticed is a possible increase in libido, boners when talking to girls, and I got a back pump in my warm up set. That's after only 3 injections of 250mg so it may be a placebo.
 
5th of October: injection 4; did opposite gluteus medius. Slight spasm but nothing special.


Also second hcg shot into stomach. I'm taking the hcg as a preventive measure just to keep my balls going but should I be feeling anything or how will I know it works? When I was mixing it I stupidly shook the bacteriostatic water, unaware of its delicacy. Should I feel anything or is the fact my balls aren't shrinking evidence enough.
 
Still 5th of October: just done workout and final meal of the day. Holy pumps. My forearms were in pain with the amount of blood in them so something is definitely brewing up in my body. Felt great, made me feel powerful. Also when I got home and ate some very tough beef and actually ended up with a pump in the muscles that move my jaw up near my temple. Lasted about 20 mimutes and felt crazy hahah!
 
6th of October

Got paranoid about gyno and took 6.25 mg of aromasin last night. Regret taking the aromasin as woke up with dry throat again, will be holding off till atleast 6th injection or longer until I start feeling high e2 effects.
 
8th of October : pin 5; ventro glute again. Went really well maybe best one yet.


Wondering if anyone could offer insight. I have always had what appeared to be a small amount of gyno pre cycle but I was wondering now that I'm on cycle will I take some nolva to try and get rid of this old gyno or is it too late as I've had it for years. It's not very noticeable but adds a slight cone shape to my pecs. Then again, I'm not sure if it's just fat and it could be as I am around 12%. When I feel it I can feel little fatty lumps but when I feel anywhere else I have fat I feel the same kind of thing? Does gyno feel different to fat or position wise?


10 October: definitely have puffy nips when warm but they are okay when I cool back down. Will be taking 12.5mg aromasin every 3 days to control any bloating.

On the testosterone side, definitely stronger, still lifting heavier weekly easily. Really strong leg and lower back pump after squats.
