1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Cutting weight is cake for me, I have dropped from 225 to under 205 in 6 weeks, went from 25.5% bf to 19.5% bf looking to run my first cycle as soon as i hit 15% (search squiiid on intro forums for any advice) Anyway, here is what i did , first 2 weeks was more time than anything getting my lungs back and trusting my knee (injury) 1st do some long jogs focus more on time spent jogging or distance rather than how fast you go.("I ran 5 miles" not "I ran that mile under 7 minutes") Naturally you will increase stamina and get your breath back than you can start max interval training much easier. Cardio Cardio Cardio! 2nd cut back on portions immediately! Starting a diet is a lot harder than maintaining one for me, so what I recommend is first cut the junk food, fast food, candy etc. and you cut back on your portions. Eat as often as you currently are lets just do smaller portions. The more discipline and honest you are with yourself the better. (instead of " Ok one more" how bout "anybody want half of mine" ) State of mind is key! "this will hold me for another 2 hours" , slowly it will be much easier to start eating right. I did not start lifting until week 3. Even then it was light weight, high rep. and still ran 1-3 miles daily before my lifts, again focus more on distance than time. After my lifts I would do some cardio as well. These cardio sessions is where i pushed it as hard as i could focusing more on speed than distance. Max interval training was perfect for me. Shoot your heart rate as high as you can than rest for minimal time and repeat. Your body is tired and that is when you can take advantage! 4 weeks in (diet should be dialed in by now) I felt great 25lbs lighter and so I started lifting heavy week 5, heavy as i could. Still i ran before every workout 1-2 miles trying to beat my time every time. I was doing around 5-8 workouts depending on the muscle as heavy as i could, 4 sets 6-8 reps. I did reduce my Cardio post work outs to 3-4 times a week instead of daily. Mostly due to time constraints (work and kid care only watches the brats for 2 hours) if you have the time i recommend you keep on the post Cardio, as big as you are it wont hurt. I am in week 7 now going back to high intensity cardio pre and post workout and 10 to 12 workouts 3 sets 10-15 reps. I noticed i had put 5 lbs back on, not bad at all , but not my goal. This has worked for me and all of my partners (male and female) Hope it works out for you! If for any reason Anyone need advice on short term cuts holla. I've done 7lbs in 1 hr and 23 lbs in 2 1/2 days. Not the healthiest but i always made weight!

I am not a nutrition expert. I only have my own experience to go by. 2000 cal and clean by the looks you should be dropping fat easily. If not i would guess that hormones would be looked at via blood tests.
What are your stats?

35 years old, 5'10 200 I'd say about 20% bf

Stick with dieting imo. Once you are proficient at manipulating your weight and composition with food and training look into the drugs. A few weeks of short ester steroids is not the answer.

Ok will do, what weight and bf% should I get down to before the aas use? Btw, I still have a few bottles of test e left, seeing that's a longer ester, would that help at all in my situation?

Thanks for helping me out, very much appreciated

In all honesty - i would do exactly what gorilla did and start a thread of your own and get input from a variety of the guys here. There are some really knowledgeable and accomplished guys here that are light years ahead of me. But for my money - get your hormones checked and master the food and training for your body first.

That's what I did. Bloods were low, seeked advice, now just run a low dose of Test cyp weekly, for health and energy. My body is working correctly now. And as long as I'm consistent with my training and nutrition, the results come. Once I'm in a good spot with my composition, and have a well disciplined schedule and eating habits, then I will most likely run a full cycle. Try some different things and see what works best for me... but I will most assuredly remain on at least my 250 a week for life.

@Notits where do i post to get advice ? compared to this thread i just got a bunch of welcomes, thats a lie and disrespectful to those helping me out im being somewhat exaggerated (see Squiiid (intro post) Im thinking i posted in the wrong place im not sure im new to these forums

In the steriod forum , we r all reading just not all chiming in. No one will b a dick if u come correct and b humble. Remember ur here for help, many members to pull experience from[emoji123]

And I just read ur intro, test/tren for a 1st cycle, little ambitious eh. U haven't even seen the TIGER and u want to jump straight to the DRAGON?

Nice history sounds like many of us.

Shit half of us grow going into a solid training program let alone aas use. Personally at 27 I was crushing shit using strength training and various methods to exhaust the muscle.

A solid routine will make all the difference in the world, on the other hand aas use with someone somewhat familiar with training, in my opinion will b eh mediocre.

Read my initial post in this thread..... I came about it properly and received no disrespect or rude answers... a couple smart asses but most everyone was very helpful.

Definitely will do and start my own thread as well. I will be truthful and respectful, just the way I am....we got enough dicks around here lol...I don't want to be one of them!

hey mate well done on doing the right research and not just jumping head first into something out of impatience.

you're actually not THAT big, the way you were making it out i thought you were gonna look like jabba the hut.

my brother was around the same size as you, and over the last few months he's transformed his body and looks like a totally different person, but the scales haven't changed much.. so don't let the numbers on the scale get get to you, use progress photos every month.

all the best mate! keep us posted on how you go

Well considering when fit and leaned out i always walked around no heavier than 230, and suddenly I was pushing 320..... it felt like i was jabba the hutt lol. I have always had good traps, massive chest and back, and back in the day the called my quadzilla lol... just packed on a ton of weight around the midsection over the last few years.

I'm definitely focusing on progress photos rather than the scale. Still want that number to drop though lol.

Thanks for the kind words man!

@VanillaGorilla21 @Casca something was misentrepreted if yall think i was being dis respectful...my wording is kind of confusing i guess , anyway @Casca well from my understanding tren is the king of aas also that you get the most gains your first cycle so i figured lets make it count, everyone tells me its near impossible, but i plan on a one and done. what do you mean by aas for someone who is familiar with training will be mediocre .... dont quite understand that.

Wasn't misinterpreted on my part. Was only throwing that out, that if you want to post a thread asking for info you will likely get it as long as you're respectful and not like some guys who pop up and just start asking for sources or think they have it all figured out, or are thick skulled and dead set on using shit they don't need. You weren't disrespectful at all. Just was throwing out advice to you on how to start a thread where you will actually get the info you seek :)

Yesterday was day 3 of these Century sets, felt great... but a bit of a mindfuck lol.
Started with Dumbbell Shoulder presses with 35lbs. was probably a bit more than I should've used.

Next I went to high cable face pulls with 20lbs for my rear heads.. Surprisingly a bitch to complete 100 reps.

then I jumped to front laterals.... 5lb dumbbells. I could barely lift my arms.

then hit 95lb barbell shrugs, squeezing up and back.

after, I hit a Century set of 250lb leg press. I haven't been doing much for legs, due to the sheer natural size and strength of them already, and my several knee injuries I just finished rehabbing. Figured I ought to start incorporating a bit in, working on loading the knee etc... so I can start later with a regular leg day without crumbling.

I had to keep reminding myself that it is about the stress to the muscle, not the weight being pushed... but when I see a kid that weighs 120 soaking wet with a brick in his pocket pushing 60's for dumbbell presses while I'm struggling to lift 5ers, it can be a bit embarrassing lol. all good.

Today I double up the cardio. 2 hrs.

Tomorrow I will start a 3 day split going low volume, high weight, then take a rest day (or another double cardio day) and return to a 3 day split of these Century sets. wanna try that for a few weeks and see what kinda results I get.... as long as I don't burn out.

Every time I try a 100 I loose count. Actually 100 reps is too hard no matter how light I go
Rest pause. Bust out 40-50, set the weight on your knees or something for 15-20 seconds... just jump back in on it. Exhausting. But crazy pump and acid build up. Still feeling Monday's workout.

Today started my 3 day split on low volume, higher weight. Chest and Bi's. I thought I may have more energy than I did, but with this low calorie / almost no carb eating I've been doing, I didn't quite have the energy through the whole thing.

Incline Dumbbell- 2 warmups with 40's- x20 followed by three sets of 10 - 75's, 80's, 80's

Bench press- 3x10 at 180lbs (No spotter and was already tired, I never go heavy with a bar by myself) followed by a burnout with 135.... something like 17-23 reps, didn't count, just moved.

high cable crossovers- 3x10 at 90 on each side.

low cable crossovers 3x10- 30lbs each side

hammer curls- 3-10 50's, 45's, 45's

cable cambered bar curls- 2x10- 80, 90... 1x13- 90

Overall I felt I did great, good pump, great form, felt every contraction..... Just the inability to go heavier on my barbell presses messes with me.... had one fall on me with 250 on an incline years back without a spotter.... Been safety conscious / mind fucking myself ever since.
