A single 100 rep set per exercise. Using rest pause. Insane pump. And the lactic acid runs rampant lol.Inspirational dude keep it up. Century sets? What is that, 5x20?

It is... and you feel kinda weak using that light weight..... but fuck if you aren't dead at the end lol.Christ that sounds tough! Haha
Yeah, a single 100 rep set.
Never heard of century sets before but damn, the pump you must get! Can't wait to get out of work and hit the gym and give them a go.
Could you explain how you do them? OK, I'm really trying to get my shoulders to start popping, how heavy of a weight would you use and do you do 100 in a row or 20×5?
Thanks brother and your transformation is really looking great, keep it up!

No, no, no. No resting. Just put 250lbs on the bench and do 100 reps straight at a fast pace. No slowing down...
Signed. Chuck Norris.

That's what I assumed it was 20 x 5 but from the sounds of it its just 100 straight off but if you need to stop for a second to rest you can.
There's a couple ways you can do it. .. when i used to cycle through using them in my routine I would run the rack.... like say, start with 50s for shoulder press, blast out as many as I could. My only pause was to re rack them and grab the 45s... even if I could only bust out a few more. .. then same thing, rack em and grab the 40s... so on and so forth. .. like a sprint. You've never been humbled until your delts want to explode while you're trying to press little 10s lololNever heard of century sets before but damn, the pump you must get! But I saw them pop up in the new FLEX issue and figured that with work being so hectic that I would give them a go to try and bounce back after a couple weeks away.
This time I'm actually trying their suggestion. . Pick a light weight. Like for my incline press yesterday I picked 35s. Each rep was a deep stretch and exploits ending with a squeeze at the top. I was supposed to pick a weight I could get 60-70 reps without pause. Only made it to 51.... leaving 49 reps left. So I rested the dumbbells on my knees for 49 seconds, the equivalent of number of reps remaining. Then did another 25. Leaving 24 reps. Paused with them on my knees for 24 seconds. .. then blasted through the final reps.
Just running test cyp, 250mg per week. Just pinned a few mins ago actually. And I take 25mg of Exemestane daily for my AI. Also sibutramine for weight loss. Thanks for the detailed explanation, really can't wait to get to the gym!
Btw, are you taking anything else besides test?

Too much bodyfat to run anything else, plus I've only been back at it for like 3 months. When I got my foundation reinforced and my bodyfat down a lot more then I will see about running an actual cycle / stack. For now I just have to go with the work flow and be as consistent as I can.
Going from one cycle of long ester test to running short ester test and tren while coming off a spinal injury with no mention of current diet and training sounds like a bad idea. Especially with your implied expectations. Thanks for sharing man, I've done one cycle of test e before and I was a motorcycle accident a year ago which I fractured my back in two spots so, I'm in the same boat as you having gained some weight. Thinking of doing a test prop and tren ace cycle to get ready for my vacation in a couple months. What do you think? Also, I've never heard of sibutramine, what is it and how does it work, make you feel and where can you get it?

I am not a nutrition expert. I only have my own experience to go by. 2000 cal and clean by the looks you should be dropping fat easily. If not i would guess that hormones would be looked at via blood tests.Diet is clean. Eating around 2000 call per day as I'm try to drop some fat. Meals consist of eggs, egg whites, lots of chicken breast and ground turkey, fish, veggies are mostly lettuce, brussel sprouts( I love em), broccoli, asparagus carrots and zucchini grilled on the bbq.
Training, cardio 5 days per week, gym 4 to 6 days per week.
Let me know what you think, if I need to change anything
