1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Started a real cut. Coach has me doing a practice cut, 11 weeks, to shred completely, as if I were stepping on stage. Along with that comes my very first REAL Cycle. More info later, I'm stoked!

It has been killer so far, though I'm glad for the reprieve on cardio. Was at 100 minutes a day before.

Here's what the boss has me doing right now. .. cycle info to come next week.

Mon back/bi
Super set( pull up) and (machine row) over hand. Do 4 rounds of 10
Super set (pull downs) and (bent over rows) under hand. 4 rounds 10
Over head pull downs 3x30
Machine curl 7x10

Tues chest/tri
Giant set (incline press) (reg press) (decline press) 4 round 10
Super ser (incline fly) (reg fly) 3 round 10
Try press down 7x10

Wed legs
Squat 4x10feet close together
Leg press 4x10 feet close together
Walking lunges 15 steps per leg x4
Extensions 4x10
Straight leg dead 4x10
Leg curl 3x10
Lying leg curls 3x10
Glute kick backs 4x10

Thurs shoulders traps
Giant set (db military press) (db side laterals) (db reer delt) 4 round 10
Giant set the same but with machine 2 round 10
Shrugs 4x10
Rev shrugs 4x10

Friday back
Super set (bent over row) over hand (3/4 deads) 4 rounds 10
Super set (machine row) under hand (db row) i want your thumb pointing out. 4 round 10

Saturday bi/tri
Super set (Supinated curls) (weighted dips) 4 round 10
Super set (bb curls) (tri press down) 4 round 10
Super set (hammer curls) (skull crushers) 4 rounds 10.

Diet
First thing 100mcg t3, 100mcg clen, 50 mcg t4, 1cc nova, 1cc anastrozole, cla 2000mg, l-carnitine 2000mg, any fat burner you like than 40 min cardio (4min moderate 1minfast) stair mill

Meal 1. 1/4 cup cream of rice 1/2 c berries 1 c eggwhites 1scp whey iso multi v probiotic 5g bcaa 5gglut

Meal 2. 6oz white fish 1 cup veggies
Between meal 2and3 50mcg t3 50mcg clen
Meal 3. Same as 2
Bcaa glut
Meal 4. Same as 3
Meal 5. Same as 4
Bcaa glut
Meal 6. Same as 5

Pre workout 1 1/2 scp whey iso 5g glutamine 5g bcaa (or alpha)

During 5g bcaa
Cardio before post shake 20 min 4min moderate 1 min fast
Post 2 scp wheyiso 5g bcaa 5g glutamine

Monday- 1cc each: Enanthanate, Proponate, EQ… 50mg Anavar

Tuesday: 50mg Anavar

Wednesday: see Monday

Thursday: see Tuesday

Friday: see Monday

Sat/Sun: see Tuesday

Will also be working in Masteron, Tren Ace, Proviron and Winstrol later on,

Not on either list so far but being put in or for pct are Letrozole, and HCG & clomid.
 
Holy crap.... I'm beyond sore from this new routine. In a good way. Already looking and feeling different, it's great and I love it.

But man, ordering peptides gave me a massive headache. Spent the last 4 days trying to stock up and every site I usually use wouldn't accept any of my cards. Finally found one that would and put an order in, just cost more than it would've through the usual channels.

These giant sets on shoulders are paying dividends..... I've NEVER had good shoulders, and today finally had some good pop in my delts... it's a HUGE milestone for me :D

This regimen is a killer. And the diet is obviously working. 3 weeks straight of perfection, and almost 20lbs dropped back off. Woke up back at 230 this morning, bf at 15.8%.

The cycle starts on Monday, delays in receiving the gear, due to show up tomorrow while I'm out of town.

I can't stop sweating, wake up starving each morning... this is a great thing!

Now I gotta get ready to go try and make it through leg day, wish me luck!!!

Damn dude 20lbs in 3weeks! I stopped my cut 20lbs shy of what I wanted due to a slight shoulder issue but I wasn't eating nearly as clean as you are man:(. Great job dude. What's your bf% goal on this round?

I have a torn rotator cuff ;) so I know about shoulder issues, and they suck haha!

We're going strictly off look. But we are doing a full on contest prep, getting me show ready, even though I'm not getting on stage. But, I'd like to see 6%..... even if only for 48 hours lolol

Damn dude mine was just a nagging pinching feeling when I put weight on it. You going to have to have surgery? Doc was also having me drop my test levels down so she could do bloods and bump my script up. So trainer buddy of mine made me go into recovery/injury prevention mode:confused:

Sorry, clarification. .. doc says that I have a torn rotator cuff. Awaiting approval for the MRI to verify, and then scheduling surgery. But scheduling for some time after I'm done with this cycle

How are you working around it? I had to just do legs, core and light arm work to keep from setting it off. Any amount of weight or pressure on it and it would feel like there was a knife stuck in there.

I just train lighter. Much lighter. And have to extremely focus on form and muscle activation. It's tricky.
