1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Fucking lifts are getting weaker, though. Raging.
My 5RM and 3RM are increasing nicely... But my 1RMs just won't go beyond 85% of what they were last year when I was just eating whatever I wanted, etc.
 
Lifts today were squat up to 2x180kg, fail at 185 (PB is 210 in a comp)
Bench 3x100kg and 2x105kg. Fail at 110. (PB is 120 in a comp)
Deadlift 3x190, 2x200, 1x205, fail at 210. (comp PB is 220kg and gym PB on trap bar is 242.5kg)
 
According to Greg Nuckols' various formula I need to lose 30kg of fat and gain 8kg of muscle to be at my genetic potential.

I know I'm 'cheating' a bit, but I reckon I can get there in 2 years if I can stay injury free.

22.7kg lost in 10 weeks with keto, 5:2 and IF.
Truth be told, I have no idea what any of that means LOL

How much weight you down now?
Last check in, almost 3 weeks ago, was 221, 96 pounds down. .... but I got cleared even by the coach and told to ease back in, so I stepped on the scale after getting home from a trip to another Island and the number said 238. Likely due to inactivity and antibiotics along with a little bit of junk food

I got to say, I train as a bodybuilder. My goal is to develop and prevent my physique. So unfortunately I can't really sympathize with the getting upset about your major lifts. I mean I understand what it's like to get pissed off for not hitting a goal, but my training style is likely nothing like yours. I train for hypertrophy and I use high volume. I care not what wait I'm lifting. Sometimes I do, but I have to put my ego in check because that's not what my goal is

Came out of the gym pissed off and upset at those fails. Big-time.

I can sympathize. It sucks dude, im in the same boat. But once you get down you can bulk up cleanly, thats what im doing. Fuckin look jacked and lift heavy ass weight.
 
So. .. I've been slacking big time on here. But between hospital, work, and being sick. .. things got a bit wonky. Back in the saddle though. Start adding 0 carb days today, power the coach. This should be fun :D

But I second the estro low test cycle .. Since I started a high test estro controlled cycle I've been melting off the little love handles I've had with being in a caloric surplus and eating everything in my path
