1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

It's how I got min and my fiance oly shoes, protein when it goes on sale from myprotein at 115lbs for 53$ 20g protein per scoop (28g overall I believe) preworkouts and basically anything else that goes on sale that I might need. Almost fully recovered. Squeezed in most of a back day yesterday, but back to work and traveling as of tomorrow. Hopefully back on the ball next monday.... seems like every time I get the ball rolling something ridiculous happens. Roll with the punches and keep coming forward :)

I did this same thing ran a cycle with high body fat and little training. 4th week in I was seeing serious gains and boom through my back out doing preacher curls. Your muscles get way bigger than your joints and tendons can handle. I was down 4 months in excruciating pain.

If you decide to do this don't over do it and if you feel something hurting quit what your doing.

I'm on my 5th session back after missing 5 in a row with a mystery virus...
Finally feeling stronger again...

3*5*160kg squat
3*5*95kg bench
3*3*190kg deadlift

Competition is in about 4 weeks... So I am gonna up the weight and drop the reps from now on.

Still trying like fuck to make the 120kg weigh in... Currently about 126kg.
Should get there...

pic from today's office. Headed home on a jet in an hour or so, then getting in to hit the steel! This infection is gone, got the ok from the doc, and coach days ease back in. ... even told me too not start cardio again yet :)

According to Greg Nuckols' various formula I need to lose 30kg of fat and gain 8kg of muscle to be at my genetic potential.

I know I'm 'cheating' a bit, but I reckon I can get there in 2 years if I can stay injury free.

22.7kg lost in 10 weeks with keto, 5:2 and IF.
