1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

So, finished final session this week early today. Then got a text from the wife saying that she wanted to hit the gym again. So I left work early, and we went to start the split over again, using high volume just to get a good pump. Thinking we're going to continue it that way fir a white. Felt great hitting twice today.

On a side note, I'm getting quite vain. ... loving how my back and traps are looking. ...

Rest days never....naw I go 5 on 1 off. It really comes down to if ya feel like you're recovering. Imo

Wife was super tired, so says she doesn't want to hit legs today..... I say ok, I need to let my body rest anyways.

I slowly get tired, lose my energy for the day, while she lasts down and naps.

4 hours later she is comes in the living room and I ask when we should throw the lasagna in the oven.

Her response? Soon, because I want to go to the gym and hit legs tonight. ..

Umm...... what?

Can't deny her, especially when she had more drive than most women. .... and is the only person I know whose favorite day is actually legs!
Squats, leg press, extensions, hami curls, lunges, deadlifts, the works. ..... I'd say I'm going to regret this, but let's be honest. .. I won't. Lol

Ok. My phone had been acting up something fierce not updating, not notifying, stuck off network etc... so updates have been null.

But, week has been crazy, coach added ECA stack on to me, diet has been good, back under 240 again finally, 236 this a.m.
