Dropped a shit ton of weight and the arms are finally back up to 18"

So, finished final session this week early today. Then got a text from the wife saying that she wanted to hit the gym again. So I left work early, and we went to start the split over again, using high volume just to get a good pump. Thinking we're going to continue it that way fir a white. Felt great hitting twice today.

On a side note, I'm getting quite vain. ... loving how my back and traps are looking. ...

Not giving out info, but you know you have a good relationship with your source, that is on the other side of the world, when the payment gets delayed because other charges came out of the account before his payment, but he sends the package to you anyways because he knows you're good for it. .. should arrive tomorrow or so and payment won't even go through until tomorrow as well.

53 weeks of progress. I'm reasonably satisfied. Could've done better. But I'm still light years ahead of where I was. I'm always going to be dissatisfied and overly critical of myself, but hey at least that should keep me going and I won't get complacent right?
Amazing. People don't understand how much mass changes place when you are as tall as you are... deficits are tougher and gaining lbm is hard work. Great job.

Thanks man! I feel MUCH less Lethargic. Between the weight loss, high amounts of cardio, intense training, and also getting on a C-pap machine...... I feel like a whole new man.

I have initiated my recovery from back surgery (out of commission for 7 years) using you as motivation! I too have started a photo journal to be updated every week or so as progress occurs. Now using ECA and ultra low carb diet with light cardio and quite boring core building exercises with very light weight. I have to be quite careful with my back. Can't wait to feel tight chest and arms again! Walk a little taller and regain that swag I once had! Didn't want to go to gym today but viewed this post and forced my self to go....glad I did now. Once down to 220lbs planning to work on strength/mass. Thanks for the motivation, I'll begin to post my series of photos as they show significant progress! I am sure there are many others recovering from serious injury that need motivation as well!

Well...right off the bat i gotta know what app you're using for the monkey face.

To your question, i take the weekends off because i dont have a choice, if i had an option i would probably take one rest day a weeknin the middle of the week, if i was on cycle i would go 7 days a week if i could just because i recover so fast its like a goodnights sleep is all i need and then im ready to rock out with my cock out the next day.
