1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Been slow on updates still.... work load is insane, just finished damn near 32 hours straight..... still made it to the gym though :)

AND my end of day weight is lower than I've ever weighed in, in the last 4 years...... 232lbs.

I'm going to replicate the first photos I posted on here, on Sunday, to get an exact 1 year difference. I'm excited!

Ok May 8th, 2015... 300lbs even....
May 8th, 2016... 230lbs even....

Congrats mate! epic log . . I just read from the beginning to the end, took me a week or so haha reading a bit here and there . .was a lot of fun! Much respect, a hell of a lot of hard work and dedication went in and the results speak for themselves, will sub in to keep up with your progress and inspired a lot for upcoming cycle and to do a log myself, nice one man!

I'm not looking for BS hazing... I just want to state my case and see if anyone has any positive input even if its telling me to steer clear...

I have had multiple serious injuries to my knee and back over the last couple of years, and am now sitting at about 300lbs with an estimated 33 percent body fat.

before this string of injuries, I was at 220 and roughly 13% bf.

I have just recently resumed training, having been back to the gym for about a month. I am interested in dropping this body fat as fast as humanly possible. This is why I have considered doing my first cycle, however I've seen multiple posts stating that people with high body fat should not in fact run a cycle. which I previously would have completely understood, but given my current state I'm reasonably desperate to get back into proper condition.

I willing to do whatever it is that I need to do, so my question is this...

should I just put in a good amount of time trying to get back into shape with the gym alone over the next 6-12 months , or would adding a cutting cycle be worth it to boost the process? Keep in mind that I recently had a testosterone level test done and according to the doctor he said I was still within range even though I was right at the lower limits of normal, thus would not prescribe TRT..

And IF I cycle would be worth doing, what would be a good stack to run?

A full on cycle isn't the best thing to do right now...MAYBE some Clen or other supps to help you lean out if you really want some sort of chemical support in that manner but anabolics aren't really gonna help you when you need that much weight to lose and its always more fun seeing your gains when you're lean enough to tell somethings changing

Appreciate the feed back, but that's a year a 90 pounds ago :)

Back in the saddle again! Hit a late afternoon leg session with the wifey yesterday.... holy wack unlyrical lyrics Batman! It was BRUTAL. Puked twice lol. Once right after squats, and again a few sets in to deadlifts. But man was it exhilarating.

Only down fall to this long ass cut is that my strength is coming down too. The means to an end. Once i get the bf down to sub 10% then we are going to do a nice clean bulk... cannot wait!!!!!

Been out for almost 2 weeks with what I thought was a cold, couldn't get a doc appointment because they're booked up. Wound up in the ER last night. All the symptoms of a heart attack, turns out somehow my chest cavity, shoulders, and neck filled with air and the pressure was compressing my heart. They thought I was gonna have to me medivacced to Seattle for emergency surgery. LUCKILY test showed no rupture internally, and the air pressure has been slowly dissipating. They have no idea how it happened, but almost killed me. Only guess was a violent coughing episode. Meds and bed rest for a few more days..... I tell ya what..... This pasty Kracker just can't catch a fucking break man lol
