1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

So, starting yesterday cardio is upped to 100 minutes ed. Getting dialed in and feeling great. Just destroyed back and bi's on my lunch break. Starting to see some better definition since being on this winni. Enjoying this first cycle quite a bit. And the pumps I'm getting are ridiculous.
 
The results you have been getting have been nothing short of phenomenal! You surely done the right things to turn from a tubby to a lean mean fighting machine, so keep going :)

I tell you what, it's difficult sometimes. But it'd likely be impossible if I wasn't on a tiny island. If I had to deal with traffic and commuting it would never have happened..... and to think, I'm only halfway there lol
 
100 minutes of cardio.....sounds terrible. is that all at once? haha keep up the good work bro
Supposed to be 60 in the a.m. fasted... and 40 post workout. But baby has been keeping me up later than I'd like cuz wife is working evenings, so I wake up with enough time to make my breakfast super fast and head to work lol. So tonight, like last night, will be straight through after work.
 
To give yall an idea on fast I gain or drop when on point.... I was 260 on Friday morning... coach cut the carbs back some, and these were yesterday at 249.
