1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Last week went excellent. Then coach pulled a rabbit out of his hat, changed up the meal plan. I'm only 2 meals in and feeling super stuffed. Interested to see what this does to my body.

Added fat?
Nope. Well.... kinda. If I eat fish instead of chicken... but took my steak and piled on more carbs straight through. Wants to see what effect it will have because even though I've had some hiccups I still have been pretty stagnant the last couple months.

Yesterday morning I was 245 (on the right). This evening, 256 (left)... between yesterdays cheat and todays food, I'm feeling fuller and more energetic... my metabolism is running so high at the moment that my nose is super runny lol.

Coming in nicely brother.
Thanks. I enjoyed being a bit leaner at 235... but I was flat and tired. Hope this change brings about a good jump in progress. I'm all for holding my size and dropping my bodyfat. Just hard to know that it's coming along when I'm still carrying 40lb of fat lol.

Now, I'm gonna pop on some Rich Piana to watch during my 90 minutes of cardio.

I've been reading this message board for a few months hoping to gain some inspiration, but I finally decided to join because this thread inspired me so much. I'm in a similar situation only my injuries were psychological. I had severe PTSD that led to a major depressive disorder which led to severe agoraphobia. I've also been on TRT most of my life so I had the same problem with a hormone imbalance keeping me from being able to get the most out of my workouts

In 2013 I was 209 pounds and 8% body fat at 6 feet. After 3 years of laying in bed eating take out 5 times a day, my muscles are atrophied and I tip the scales at 285 & 42% bf. That was in December. I started eating very strict and hitting the gym at least 3 times a week but with the serum test level of 90, I was just spinning my wheels. Thanks to all the new healthcare regulations it's been next to impossible for me to find a doctor willing to put me back on TRT. 10 years ago it was a matter of getting a simple blood test and then getting handed a script for a test and a box of syringes. 6 weeks ago I decided to take matters into my own hands and I'm using 300 milligrams a week of test cyp. Just that small change made such a huge difference over the past 6 weeks. I've been able to hit the gym harder more frequently and with much more noticeable results. Originally I was going to go at this full bore with test orals tren deca etc but after reading this post I decided that would be a terrible idea considering my state of health and level of obesity. Basically what I'm saying is I'm really glad I found this post otherwise I might have really screwed myself up. But that small dose of test has made a huge difference in my life and the antidepressants that only barely works are now working great everybody around me is noticing a difference in my personality and physique. I'm more confident and it's even helping with my agoraphobia

In December when I was at 285 I got down to 275 and 6 weeks without test. With the test and 6 weeks I got from 275 down to 258 + Im seeing a major repartitioning effect. I've been running arimidex at .25 milligrams 3 times a week which is keeping my e low, but my most recent blood work showed a high elevation in prolactin. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the test, I don't see how it could if I was taken Deca sure, but not just from just test right?

Welcome! This is a great board for info, I would ask around on that last part. I am still new to the AAS game so not the best person to ask. But there are guys who post on this thread with a wealth of knowledge, I'm sure one of them could have the answer.

fucking beasting bro.

i gotta really dial in my diet. ill go 4-5 days then fall off for a day, repeat. no bueno
Well, I have a coach who happens to also be a long time friend, and he's the one who holds me accountable. He goes out of his way to help me and get my stats and pics every week, so I don't want to just fuck around. That keeps me going.

Holy fucking burn!!!! My shoulder was acting up and pinch mid rep when doing incline press tonight, so it wound up being an entire chest session of nothing but variations of cable flyes.... never have I had this kind of a pump in my chest lol. I love it now.... but have a feeling it's going hurt like hell later.

I've looked into it quite a bit, and it appears that the high prolactin is from Wellbutrin. this is weird because Wellbutrin increases dopamine, and dopamine lowers prolactin. But as weird as it sounds I found literally hundreds of other people complaining about the same problem from Wellbutrin. (though the females weren't exactly complaining).

I don't even think prolactin Inhibitors / dopamine agonists like dostinex or mirapex would work because of Wellbutrin's action on dopamine. Every time I find an antidepressant that works some strange side effect of pops up and forces me to stop taking it

Alright, this was a killer week. 90 mins of cardio every day, every session hit with max intensity.

Coach pulled the sweet potatoes after Thursday because I jumped way too much, way too fast. Made some adjustments today, and upped the cardio. Weighed in this a.m. at 250lbs. Up 5 from last week, but looking for a good drop this next week. Stripping the fat while holding the muscle is the goal at the moment.
Still got 3 weeks left on this cycle of 500mg Test Cyp weekly, with 50mg Winstrol ed.
