You are bang on my height. I am 215 pounds right now, at 15%. Do you have abs at 15%?

I carry a lot of water though too, so I'm sure if I dropped the water my bf would likely measure higher.... but I think I'd have better abs.

Been traveling like crazy and working obscene hours these last couple weeks. No real updates because no real training or progress has been made. Technically I'm back up in the 240s and feeling extra soft lol

As long as your working physically and you get in in just a few workouts or just some push-ups/chins you can maintain your muscle tone . The TRT should help you lean out some...

I got my most ripped ever working at fish processing plants and ships . Just dont let the belly chub get out of control. ;)

Been working 20+ hour days. But load is lightening. Managed to make it to the gym 3 times this week :)
