1st Cycle Test E

week 1 - 12: test e 500mg pin monday & thursday
week 3- 12 : hcg 350-500iu (based on my bf%) will raise if i still see testicular atrophy, pin mon thur
week 1- 12: AI: Aromasin 12.5mg eod will adjust based on how my body responds.
week 14-18, novaldex/clomid 40/40/20/20, 50/50/50/50

That's pretty much the exact cycle I did. But I got my pre and mid bloods done too. I just finished my pct. Wait a month or so to check if my bloods are back to normal.

Blood work will really tell you how much you should take. If it's high in your blood work up the doseage. And I've read that when your E2 is high you'll start to feel the sides that come with it. So you'll know. I haven't had issues with just test. But it pretty much just like @Jay Sanda said

If your just running test e and your prebloods don't show you in the high range of estrogen then yes.

Last question. Most places show arimidex coming in 1 mg pills. so... are people taking 12 of those?? a day?

aromasin and Arimidex are two different drugs. You said your taking aromasin. I don't know where your looking but armasin comes in 25 mg tabs usually. Cut that in half its 12.5 mg. now I took Arimidex on my cycle. They came in 10mg tabs. I took half of that which is 5mg EOD. The doseage depends on what drug you decide to use. Someone else feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

wow ya @Dw725 is right read that thread man it's not good. Feel bad for that kid. And he's also right about your age. Your too young. My fault for not checking that. Guess I open my big mouth too fast. You'll make great gains just by eating right and hitting the gym like a beast. You don't want to fuck your body up.

Never used AAS before, but as I'm getting older and naturally not able to do the things I used to I want to learn about them, find out if they are right for me, and then potentially try a cycle. I do have a lot of knowledge to gain. But I haven't purchased anything yet. Just trying to get the reasoning and the math right. I want to understand the why so that I can adapt and make corrections and adjustments in the future.

My mistake on this one. I know they are both aromatase inhibitors and mistakenly thought that they were the same thing. I am reading about the differences now.
