1st time -DNP- I welcome advice

good morning gentlemen, So I have decided to pull the trigger, and give dnp a shot. I am a true believer in anything in access being dangerous. I do understand that DNP is one bad bitch, and the first time you disrespect her she has the ability to take your life. With that being said, I think as long as I am aware of what I am getting myself into, and set some ground rules I am not concerned with the danger. So here it is, I am planning on running it for two weeks 200mg Ed. I have vitamin C, vitamin e, ala, potassium, multi vitamin, all the vit Bs and Creatine. I am going into this with the mindset that I have never done this and so if I notice one thing that seems like it could become an issue, then I pull the plug. I will be posting a daily log with my activities, how I feel, and progress. With that being said. Any advice from you guys would be awesome. I feel 100% more confident know you guys are there, I truly believe that there isn’t 1 person here that would want to see me get hurt. My package is in route to be delievered, and plan is to take 200mg tonight when I get it which will be at around 5pm. And will continue to update every night before I lay my head to the pillow. But like I said anything you guys can think of that may help me achieve that much more success I would greatly appreciate. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you guys.

Did you order 200mg Caps or 100mg caps? I'm assuming 200 since that is where you said you would start but just asking? If you did order 100mg caps I would start there for a week then bump

Yeah I picked up half a roll, of the 200’s. I was originally thinking of grabbing the 100mgsso that I could split the dose in half. 100in morning and 100 at night but because everything I read say it has a 36hour half life I felt that it wasn’t necessary to do that. So I went with the 200mg. I have read a lot of different logs, of people that say it’s best to dose at night about 5pm when the metabolism really starts to decline, so I thought I would ask you guys whether you guys felt that it was best to dose at 1 specific time. Obviously it would have to be the same time every day or my dose would not be 200mg in a 24hr period.
 
I have dosed it all at the same time since the half life allows for that... I always did morning as well trying to get some out of the system by night but as long as the time of day is the same I don't think it really matters.
 
I wouldn't bother taking creatine. It will do nothing while taking DNP. I would just stick to a multi vitamin, you don't really need anything else... The user guides calling for 100 supplements that need to be ran with DNP are wrong.

Monitor your temperature. If your temp goes to 99.4 degrees, don't continue until it's come down. Hyperthermia is arguably the biggest risk when using DNP. I'm not picking that number out of thin air either, it was established by the original research.

Don't drink water to excess like some logs and user guides tell you... Just stay hydrated. Gallons of water per day is not necessary, and probably dangerous.

Start low with dosage and always run X dosage for at least 5 days, preferably a week, before increasing.

If you find yourself breathing heavy while at rest, lower the dosage until it's gone away.

Go into a modest calorie deficit, don't try to go crazy with the deficit.

If you feel pins and needles in your feet, hands, etc... Stop immediately. If you notice you are itchy or have a rash, stop using it.

Feels like everyone is using DNP these days.
 
Okay so @ 5:30pm I took 200mgs. Dnp
1gm of vitamin e
400mg ala
175mg milk thistle
2g of vitamin C

Starting stats 214lbs 23% bf 5’9” 39 years old
300mg x 2. - (Pristine Sust)
50mg x 4 - (Pristine Mast. Prop)
50mg of (Pristine winny)
50mg x 4(pristine test prop)

It’s 9:23pm and I am getting really hot. Watching a movie on the couch, drinking fresh brewed iced green tea. wiping the sweat from my forehead. Lol.

My diet is 1700-1800kcals 35% fat
50% protein 15% carbs. Just popped out of keto today for the occasion. carbs I took in are as follows: 2pineapple Spears and 1cup of Greek yogurt. 1cup of almond cashew milk.

My plan is another 200mg at 5:30pm

Thanks my man. Do you think I should have stayed in ketosis. My boy that has ran dnp in the past said that it was the only time he came out of ketosis, still keeping diet on point and eating clean, but added in fruit and yogurt and he felt it helped with the hunger as opposed to trying to run it with keto. Because of the limits of food. Not sure if that makes sense.
 
I don't think you need to be in ketosis to see good results but I would just continue to restrict carbs. I kept my carb intake under 100 and lost 35lbs in 7 weeks
Any loose skin, that’s the only thing that ever had me hesitant, was the drastic Loss of mainly fat. Obviously with a weight routine and cardio, that would help.

You can stay in ketosis if you want. Doesn't make a difference... You may get carb cravings but that would be expected if you're not eating any at all.

You're saying you're sweating 6hrs after your first 200mg dose?

Currently on my first run. I'm a couple of yrs older, 3" taller :p, 10lbs heavier atm (started at around 240), bf, just guessing here, but confident I'm under 15, probably even less now.

Started at 100 for 6 days noticed a difference one day, not a big difference, but could tell I was "on" something different. Bump to 200 for 5 days. Tanned 3 days straight during that time, big mistake lol, but I felt great just way hotter. Bump to 300 for just 2 days. Plan was 5 or 6 days before going to 400, but no problems since the tan burn turned to just a tan, so jumped to 400. This is day 2 at 400 and I'm still feeling like a stud. Lol Fat loss has been really good.

Workouts have not really suffered at all. I'd rather not say how much I train bc it's ridiculous and probably hard to believe so let's just say it's A LOT! Lol

Was gonna do a week at 400 and stop, but if I'm still feeling this good in 2 more days 500 here I come. 500 for 5 maybe 6 just gotta see where I'm at. Definitely stopping 500 this run thou.

Diet has been very good carbs before, during, and after training. Those little pineapple cups during, man those are super nice about an hr in. 60cals and a nice pick me up. Eating at a big deficit, don't have the exact numbers thou. A couple of Van's Power blueberry waffles with zero cal syrup and blueberries, and pb before and oatmeal with walnuts and egg white shake w/ blueberries and pb after. Then a couple small meals, usually chicken and riced caluflower with a little broccoli. PB before bed like 2 table spoons and around 12oz of Fairlife or Carbmaster milk before bed.

Water intake has been a little crazy. Pushing 2gals most days bc I need it. Water with electrolytes...Sam's brand.

I've had a couple slip ups on the diet....eating too much. That's my "m.o!" Lol

Oh I also always eat something when taking the DNP....helps with reflux.

Running a cruise:

Test C 250. .7ml E5D
Primo E 200. .8ml E5D
 
I have always sweat a lot, which I always thought was weird evem not in the gym, the lower my bf% the more I sweat. However, sitting on the couch at 9:30pm I knew right there that I had real dnp. By the way, I am using [Shredded-labs]. Real easy to work with, 3day turn around.
 
My only advice to the original poster is to bump the dose up after a week. Don't remain at 200 mg the entire cycle, bump it Up to 400mg after a week. You'll see dramatic weight loss at that dose.

Yea DNP, this quick fix remedy, diet, or that new drug (remember FenPhen) it’s all the same because NONE have been shown to result in long term weight loss or are capable of reversing the obesity epidemic in this country except a CHANGE in LIFESTYLE

And for that reason a lifestyle change is what should be emphasized to anyone using or considering the use of DNP.

And INCREASE the rate of complications several fold!

Same song and dance. The adage more is better is NOT consistent w medical pharmacology, such that once a therapeutic dose (established by clinical trials) is reached the benefit achieved from “higher dosages” almost always results in a disproportionate rate of complications.
