1st time on TREN - Advice needed...

I second the insomnia, and when you do sleep wear a flotation device because you don't want to drown in your sweat.
I’m running tren e for my first run and while it’s winter I’ve only woke up soaked twice. I have had to turn the AC in my room on several times though lol.
I did a 5 min read of what it is and what it does, and the occasional sides.
Interesting, I read more up on it.
But back to my question, you most def think on cycle is better than post cycle with liver supplements?
You mean water? Stay hydrated and don’t waste your money on that milk thistle and other snake oil.

I actually got NAC and TUDCA, for my liver.
But you bring up my point I’m asking about, some say just drink lots of water, which I do, and use them after I finish the dbol.
There is so much miss-information, it’s hard to sometimes know the truth from bro-science.

I quit taking my tudca, but I still been adding 600 mg NAC.

My bloods after running orals have always been good with just water. I also rarely drink on cycle too which helps.

Personally, I have only been back on gear a little more than a month, I was away for the last 6yrs, but gentlemen, my motto is: I would rather be safe than sorry. If it’s not going to harm you, and has the potential to protect you, why not run it 24/7. That just my opinion.

NAC IS GREAT ASWELL. TUDCA is new to me. Never heard about it until recently

Milk thistle isn’t something that is going to do you any good while on gear, but I do believe there are benefits to it off cycle, even during pct. But the question is why?? Why use it when there are much better options.
 
I’m on Tren E 400 and 500 Cypionate EW with few sides. I’m getting some night sweats and acid reflux but nothing crazy.
Is it your first time using tren?? How long have you been on??Personally I think tren enanthate is the better way to go, less sides. Only used it once, used tren A many of times, used to brew my own. I am looking forward to adding it to my repertoire next month. Sustanon and tren E. Yeaaa budddy
 
Your honestly not getting very good information here. I wouldn’t listen to anyone that suggests Arimidex and hcg as a pct for a dbol, nandrolone and tren cycle. Concentrate more on your diet and program and not so much on prolactin. It honestly shouldn’t even be an issue unless you are hyper sensitive to prolactin sides. Which I’m sure your not!

The way you have it now this is more of a cutting cycle so no don’t add dbol.
If you wanna bulk up the npp and test and use the dbol instead of tren. You will see much more returns on the latter suggestion.
Hey @Morefyah Thank you for the advice.. So you think adding the Dbol and NPP would be counter productive? You suggest bulking up first and then adding the Tren on another cycle, with say just test ?
 
u need to understand how clomiphene citrate works and then you will understand why using Nolvadex and hcg along with it is sort of silly. I am not saying it doesn’t work, it just not as productive I have found as arimidex and hcg work on me. But you know what ,don’t listen to me because I have no idea what I am talking about, please take advice from the guy that is telling you to “worry about your cycle, instead of prolactin?!” With all do respect, my experience is that when people become arrogant when using compounds such as the ones you have mentioned that’s when they get GYNO.” By the way it’s not just prolactin you should be worried about, it’s progestin, prolactin, and estrogen. People think by using tren you have nothing to worry about. You don’t if you just use tren by itself, but it has one highest binding affinity to the androgen receptor. Once you add test into the equation it’s a whole new beast. Then npp on top of that and dbol you definitely need to worry about the sides don’t listen to the guy telling you not to worry about it. Remember everybody’s body reacts different to different compound. So I play it safe and always make sure I am strapped up when it comes to AI’s. I don’t think I would feel the way I do about tits if I had a huge pair on me.

Using tren ace and not doing a competition, thats bold hehe. If you have a family the rage and mind fucks could escalate into arguments/fights. I would just kick it completely. Save tren a month before beach or vacation season.

While a concern, everyone is different. Lots of people can run decent doses of tren without behavioral issues. That said, it bears caution as much or more than any other steroid.

Just to add...issues here are not always related to someone's personality. It may well be chemical. Ie don't think because you are chill in normal life you will necessarily be chill on tren (better chance than someone not, but no guarantee).

With all do respect, I suggest 1000mg of choline and inositol. Back in the day all the pro used to take 1000mg a day to purge the liver of toxins, and ESPECIALLY FAT. krazy how something over the counter would be preferred to protect protect their liver. If you don’t believe me talk to someone that is in their 50’s or older. I use it today. I would have thought that would have been knowledge that would have been past down, somewhere along the line good info got buried. However I am resurrecting it.

Have you taken Choline and inositol before ? What’s best timings for them ?

I didn't read his original post but what you stated above sounds great. Good cut/recomp and a classic bulk.

are running test ?? If you are I would honestly scrap the dbol. Test, Npp, tren. That’s MY preference. I know a lot of people will disagree but, I do not like dbol. Never have. The only way I would take dbol is if pharma grade landed in my lap even then I would only take 20-30mg at the most and it would be replacing my L-cittruline. I wouldn’t be able to take both. The pump would be too much it would get in the way of my workout
