1st Tren cycle

I posted this in my intro post but not much traffic there. Figured here would be better.

Here’s my 16 week cycle I have planned out. If you see anything missing from it that you think I could benefit from or am missing let me know. I don’t want to stack more compounds at the same time as these being that it’s my first time using tren. I want to feel how it is alone for my first run on it and not confuse sides or gains that should be attributed to something else. I also have var, eq, and mast on hand, but saving them for future cycles unless I decide to swap out the winny for one of them. All injectables at MCT carrier. The value in parenthesis is the total amount for the week. I chose sust and tren e so I can pin 2x a week and I’m sticking with these eaters for this cycle.

Weeks 1-10
Sust250 2x a week (500mg)
Tren E 2x a week (300mg)

Weeks 11-12
Sust250 2x a week (500mg)
Tren E 2x a week (300mg)
Winny 50mg ED

Weeks 13-16
Sust250 2x a week (500mg)
Winny 50mg ED

PCT

Weeks 17-18
Hcg 500iu 2x a week (1000 iu)

Weeks 19-20
Clomid 50mg ED
Nolvadex 40mg ED

Weeks 21-22
Clomid 25mg ED
Nolvadex 20mg ED

Supports/ancillaries
N2guard
Cardarine
Caber
Arimidex on hand in case gyno

I see so many disagreements on hcg usage but from what I have been reading this pct looks correct.

Anything else important I’m missing in here? Think I did enough research but feel free to roast me for my ignorance, as well as each other for conflicting advice.

300mg is quite a bit... I run ½ that. The only issue is if you run into issues like night sweats or anxiety etc.... It's gonna take a long time at that dose with that ester to come down. Personally I'd cut the dose in half, and if after a few weeks your feeling good then consider the higher amount.

Even on enanthate? From what I’ve read it has an ester weight of 70%. So I’ll start lower at 200 a week which is 140mg (70 every 3.5 days) effective amount and if I don’t have sides for a few weeks I will slowly bump it up. Thanks for the input.
 
Anyone ever use an extract of the citrus flavonoid naringin while using tren? Has a lot of interesting effects from reducing hemocrit if it gets too high, to balancing/lowering progesterone, prolactin, and estrogen. Seems worth looking into. I’ll be reading more research articles on it. I’ll attach one below about it being used to treat people with liver disease. Seems promising.

Cheap simple and easy to get which are also nice.

 
Well, honestly it depends. Health markers ok? Joints holding up? Mental drive and “go get it” still there?

As I’ve gotten older…around week 8-10, I’m ready to step off the gas. Knees and shoulders start to get achy, I’m either tired of eating or tired of dieting. So I’ll ease off for 3-4 weeks.

When I was younger, 12-16 weeks were feasible. But also, I’m just going for the most bad ass dad at soccer.
 
we will see. I’ll be on deployment for the first 12 weeks starting this week. Will come home and get bloods and reassess depending on how I feel. No red flags as far as missing something I should have though yeah? My concern was not having something with me when I leave that I will need.
 
First run of Tren I'd do like 150-200 for the entire cycle and if you tolerate it well then increase your next cycle. Trust me when I say that's plenty of Tren for your average lifter. If you dont get results from 150-200 you need to assess something else in terms of diet, training, or health markers. I'd also have P5P on hand to try before you start slamming Caber at what appears to be sides. I'm not a fan of Sust personally simple E or C for me, but test is test if you've tried it and know how you react on just test (sust especially) then narrowing down Tren sides should be fine.
 
300mg isn’t to much. It’s already beginner dosage. First of all its tren e ,in my experience short esters are way more aggressive.

12 weeks long ester makes no sense ,do 16 weeks!

Good call on the P5P I’ll grab some tomorrow. I prefer to take mild ancillaries if it is enough to do the job. Especially if it’s something simple like that. I’ll try test e next time I re up. I just have plenty of sust right now and I know how I feel on it and react to it.

I feel like since it’s enanthate, it’s not too high(lower ester weight) but I’ll start a little lower and bump it up after like 2 weeks if I don’t have any sides that aren’t manageable. I think I have everything covered and should be fine to increase it but better to ease into it since it’s a long ester and take a a while for it to exit the body. If I’m feeling good by the 12th week and health markers are all good I’ll keep the cycle going the full 16.

Agreed. Or just start with Tren A that way if the sides are bad you can get off fairly fast.

If you’re worried about hemocrit or rbc getting to high just go donate blood. That’s how I
keep mine in check if it gets to high you can do blood letting.

One side effect from p5p what a lot of people don’t talk about is bad vertigo I usually take mine right before bed.
