My body is sore as hell. Traps and a part of my back that I've never been sore in before. Gotta be from the power cleans.

Going to do legs tomorrow, then arms and calves on Sunday.
Monday is first day of rugby for me. Tried learning some shit today. We'll see how it goes. Pretty excited.

Nice, that is just a stupid amount of weight to clean dude lol.
Im gonna push the cleans a little more this time now that my form is a little better, gonna try and go for 185 at some point in this training block I think.
