We currently already have samples awaiting analysis that I have sent. Just a quick update to this, the turnaround time estimate we are given is about 3-4 weeks due to high test volume at the lab. This wait time is beyond our control, so I just ask for the community's patience while we wait for results. I have been in contact with several individuals about sending their own samples for testing. At this point in time, we are just going to have 2 customer samples sent, hopefully one from the Tren A batch that is being questioned and one from Test E/C. While I wish we had the resources to be able to send more customer samples in, we currently have several thousands dollars (over 3000 USD) in pending sample testing. I think it would be wise to wait for these results to come out before spending more resources on testing. We take testing very seriously but we do have a budget that we have to stick to.
@Wunderpus The above response is also helps answer your concern/question about how we do testing protocol. We absolutely value random customer testing, however the reason I have gone ahead and sent in our own samples is because I want to have these results as soon as possible to help resolve this current issues. We are currently discussing with several customers about the batches they have, but it takes time for this and for them to send in the samples. As a result, I went ahead and took the initiative to send our own samples in for testing. In the coming days/weeks we will also be working with a few customer to have their product tested as well. As mentioned above, we cannot service every customer who wants to have their product tested due to monetary limitations. If there' anything else you would like seen done, I am open to feedback and suggestions.
We cannot collaborate with Millard or AL, as they are an independent testing group. Any collaboration with a UGL would cast doubt upon the independent nature of AL. That being said, we are using the same European labs for sample testing that AL uses. I do not believe we will see any testing of products by AL on our line. We are simply too small of a lab. While we may seem to have a presence here, we are small compared to many of the other UGL labs, especially the international ones. These labs dwarf our volume, so it only makes sense to use AL resources to test these larger labs.
Hopefully that answers your questions, thanks.
