Good evening, hope everyone is doing well. I try my best to be aware of the communities I am a part of. I have noticed recently some tension and anxiety about UGL and the quality of their products. I've discussed this in the past, but I think now is a good time to try to align members and customers with their expectations versus the reality.
First, I want to make sure all potential and current customers are aware of the environment that we operate- this is a black market. This means that there are no regulations by legitimate bodies of government on the quality, purity, etc of black market steroids.
I also want to remind everyone that I am a UGL. For the time being, the injectable products you purchase from me are not comparable at all to the quality of pharmaceutical grade products. Even the pharmaceutical AI/PCT products, you must assume are black market. The only guaranteed pharmaceutical and human grade AAS products are from those purchased through a script that you own and from a recognized pharmacy. I do not want anyone assuming that my products are anywhere near the level of quality that pharmaceutical grade products offer.
That being said, I am trying my best to bring what I can. I have provided labmaxes after being asked to do so, I have changed dosing and pricing to match community feedback, I have tried to rectify and make it right for dissatisfied customers, and I have tried to be as transparent as possible. At the same time, I understand the history of UGLs on Meso, specifically regarding exit schemes, severely underdosed or bunk product, etc. Since we do operate in an un-regulated market, there is little I can do to fully gain the trust of the community- and I completely understand that sentiment.
Moving forward, I have two main points that I want to be sure that customers acknowledge before considering making a purchase from me:
1. Do not expect pharmaceutical grade product
2. Please do blood work and provide feedback
#2 helps keep me on edge. I know that I will make mistakes, I know that I will receive bad batches of raws and if I could have the resources and access, I would test all batches before putting them for sale.
Finally, as always, I am a guest here. That means if the community as a whole wishes to leave and/or stop sales here, I will comply. This is your community and I am simply a visitor. I will follow the rules that you put in place.
