Damn, loose skin sucks. You can just diet your way out of fat, but loose skin, that's another story.

I've got a lot of it on my lats, so having shredded lats is a no go for me. But having it on abs is a bigger pita, so I'm sorry to hear that bro.

If you do find a way to have loose skin tightened, please do report, I'd also be interested in it.
I'm also questioning if it's squishy fat. Theory where water fills up old far cells. I also hav might wait longer and see what happens before I drop serious money

I feel like I can keep eating a bunch of random shit, high carb, ice cream sandwiches. salty shit. my weight doesnt increase the next day. its weird.

on cycle the moment I have more than 3g of sodium without matching potassium I would gain a few lbs.

Androgens do have an effect on glucocorticoids. So it's not strange to have a different water retention experience on cycle vs off cycle.

i'm not to educated on the matter, so idk if androgens are actually ligands for GR's or they just modulate glucocorticoid action on GR's (allosteric agonists) ... I do know they impact enzymes, which subsequently have an impact on the GR system. This topic is an interesting one and I'm looking forward to further educate my self on it, as cortisol and vasopressin get affected and that has quite a substantial physiological and psychological effect on us when we cycle.

The water retention property is modulated by vasopressin, so looks like that could be effected on cycle, vasopressin either blocked or it's effects blocked ...

Even natural, I would fluctuate alot more than this though...
 
I'm going to try to log my lifts every now and then.
5 sets of cybex squat press including a 20 rep warmup.
Up to working set of of 630 x 8.

5x sets x 10 up to one leg curl of 60lbs

5x sets x 10 of leg extensions upt on working set of 50 lbs.

5x belt squat up to working set of 550 lbs x10. I felt like I had one more in me. I did 600 x 10. definitely the most I have done.
 
So I ate a bunch of carbs yesterday... Donut, Pasta(I use 3 lbs of ground beef for each box of pasta), alot of cereal. ice cream sandwich. mashed potatoes, tapioca pudding. steak x 2. protein shake x 2.


When I weight myself this morning I went down 207.5 lbs(I was weighing at 209.5 for the past week or 2. I feel like this lower abdomen was squishy fat... it seems smaller than before.

if you are unsure with squishy fat it happens after prolonged dieting. Its believed that fat fills up with water and it sometimes consuming a high carb meal will pull the fluids from there. It happened to me on a crash diet 10 years ago and lost 5 lbs overnight after a high carb and salty meal..

I am pretty dried out right now. I feel like I do not have the same cycle pump and now I feel like how I was back in December(week of starting blast)


Little bit of interesting results. I know there is a variation for body fat and lean mass. everytime I get off cycle my bodyfat goes up a few pounds which doesn't make so much sense to me. I think it's related to the water weight of the cycle.

I had a feeling I was around 15+ percent for a bit. The 13.9 percent is thrown off. I didn't think I was.

Either way i am giving my body a little bit of a break and just enjoying my food.

I am happy with the results. I'll go on a mass focus cycle in December and the next time I grab a scan is when I'm on cruises from here on out.

Surgery is the only option for loose skin.

it turned out it wasnt loose skin... just a bunch of "squishy fat"

it went away over time... I have a better understanding of my bf%. I will worry about any possible loose skin if it becomes apparent. the girl didnt know what she was talking about

Or you got fatter and it stretched out .
You will know when around or under 10%
 
I am still weighing out at 208-210. I definitely feel a reduction of maybe 10-15 percent strength off of cycle. recovery is slower but not as bad as before.


I am thinking about the next start date and the regimen. This is just a thought. I was looking at Mac's log and liked his periodization.

Because of the insatiable hunger from nandrolone. I may be just keeping DECA at 150 on this time for joint support.


This will increase periodically, I may keep it as a 10 week cycle and maybe that will help me with the overall mental fatigue. This is a similar repeat of Cycle 2.

I did prebloods today. did my first injection today. I didnt realize it has been 14 weeks since my last cycle. I am titrating off my semaglutide now I will do 0.5mg for this week and the next and get off completely.

as some of you know. I do not keep a direct diary of my food intake. I have still had some great gains despite keeping on top of my intake. I will pay more attention to the scale.

I use aspirin to prevent clotting. my body doesnt create a higher hemoglobin. it generates platelets. There are 2 other people ( I think) on this forum that are like me.

platelets only live for about 10 days. Its pointless for me to donate blood for platelets. to help people is a different story.
