2nd TRT Cruise 220mg Test U and 3rd cycle log.

Mental notes and physique changes 2 weeks in. The next few days of mast hitting me I noticed massive changes in my physique. Even assuming drug serum is equivalent to around 100mg of mast it was noticeable. Strength has definitely increased. Aggression, well being, libido has skyrocketed. Unsure if it's mast or the semaglutide stopping.

I am increasing food intake. Mostly whole foods but because of Halloween chocolate probably increased quite a bit. Threw a bunch away to get rid of temptation.

Training is 5-6 days a week. Decided to throw in an arms day to help focus on growth.


So I will crank down the test U to 220 at the start of December. I will add in 100mg of test c twice a week. Increases mast to 300 then.

At the beginning of January I may throw in 300 of NPP on top of the 150 deca. Unsure at this point.


I am enjoying this cycle so far. Still empathetic toward others around me and no abnormal anger issues.

How is your hunger on deca compared to NPP. I'm going to switch from NPP to deca for my next cycle. I was absolutely insatiable with NPP

I am not getting it but I am at 150 instead of getting 300-400. It's a little higher than off but I am now off of semaglutide
 
Another thing I have noticed.. .this has been my first true bulk ever. Atleast with the intention of gaining weight. most of the lifting through my life was strength. even last 2 cycles were recomp.

I am having problems stuffing my face with shit and thinking its cause I am constipated. taking laxatives. shitting alot. and still feeling full. I have been force feeding myself which I never thought I would do in my life.

It could also be increased calorie intake. When long time in to deficit and then eating a slight surplus I notice same increase. Of course surge of hormones too.
 
Yesterday was definitely one of my best leg days. Just felt good all around

BG after a meal was 100. no metformin
BP was 115/75. No bp meds.

Have you tried Stan's monster mash? I've heard it helps when bulking.

I remake his recipes with a ninja foodi pressure cooker for the rice and use bone broth instead of water . Toss in veggies and cooked meat before you pressure cook the rice.

The vertical diet is definitely my favorite it's extremely easy to adapt for cutting or bulking and it's extremely easy to digest never feel bloated or bogged down while I'm on it.
 
I decided to have Thai food last night. I feel like I consumed atleast 4g of sodium yesterday and I gained 4 lbs of water. FML.


It was kind of worth it. Pad see ew with extra chicken. This Restaurant quality is as "clean" as Thai food can be.

Anytime I eat pad Thai I gain like 5lbs in water weight that takes 2-3 days to bleed out.

I had avoided it for a year because of this, but last week I finally caved and ate some.

Started my journey at like 45%+ body fat. Currently at like 21% still natty.

Cannot wait to get a tad lower bf% to add some fun compounds to my journey.
