4 weeks into Body Opus diet and just 100mg/wk TRT

Its not as bad as you think. Take time off and eat and do anything you want. It all comes back fast. Plus youll be reinvigorated for the weight room

I'm down to 214 lbs now. I've had a rough past couple weeks, got sick with sinus shit and chest congestion, had it for the past week but it's slowly getting better. Went to Doc and got some sort of nasal steroid spray to help clear it up.

Thanksgiving was well.... thanksgiving. I ate a lot that day, but no leftovers and when it was done it was done. The next day acted like it never happened and back on the diet.

I am switching workout routine up and going back to doing less of a full body split and more of a classic split. I had been doing full upper body a few times/week, and legs on a day to their own, but hadn't trained legs in 2 weeks. I'm not looking to get my quads any bigger, trying to still fit in normal jeans. I'm going for more of a classic look so I'm sort of training based on the look I want.

Yesterday was back day, I did wide grip pullups and did an old Chuck Sipes pullup routine that kicked my ass. Sets were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9 ,10....then after 10 sets of that climbing rep range I went back down to 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 ,4 ,3 ,2 ,1. Then I added back in deadlifts which is only the 3rd time since late August I've deadlifted. I had hemmerhoid surgery back then and decided going for a 700lb deadlift was no longer a priority of mine, however I am deadlifting moderate weight again.

Anyways, I'm pretty depleted here, veins gone done, another cpl days and I'll carb back up. Been using 200mcg CJC-1295 w/out DAC once/day before bed for fat loss/anti-ageing, and started taking a supplement called GABA before bed, which is REALLY helping my sleep and getting me into REM sleep faster (dreams are crazy). Stuff was fairly cheap enough and I'm very pleased I'm back to sleeping well during this extreme of a diet. Anyways......will update again soon-Demon

one other thing I wanted to mention, I'm not neglecting family things for this and I'm making it work while still doing things with them. Yesterday I went to a college tour for my stepdaughter and I was hungry as fuck!! When it was all done my wife and stepdaughter wanted to go eat someplace, so I was trying to think of someplace they could eat AND I could eat without eating junk. So I told them it was a special occasion and pulled into California Dreaming. Man, eating the chicken and steamed spinach while watching them eat seafood nachos and fetticiune was rough, but I did it. So yea, there have been occasions during this where I've eaten out, and a few occasions where a couple packs of peanuts from a gas station was a meal. But I'm doing it
 
one other thing I wanted to mention, I'm not neglecting family things for this and I'm making it work while still doing things with them. Family and Bodybuilding are tough to pull off
Thats why i commit to my training and enjoying the food and forget competition
Some thing must be sacrificed. And it wont be the food:D
 
Demon , list the foods your eating (OGH wants to know ;)) that becomes a challenge for most , what to eat on a keto diet and this is a keto diet .

What Ive use in the past : Whole eggs , meats , fish , dairy , natural peanut butter and/or unsalted peanuts , xtra virgin olive oil , coconut oil ...??
 
gympump1.png todays workout was chest and biceps, really struggled through it. I started off with some FST-7 on incline hammer strength machine, got to 2 plates + 25 lbs each side, felt heavy as hell, performed 7 sets of 12 reps, started w/ 1 plate per side, then 2/side, then remaining sets with 2 + 25 lb plates per side. Did some fly's and then flat DB presses, then for biceps all I did was run the rack from 5 lbs/5, 10 lbs/10, 15 lbs/15, 20 lbs/20, 25 lbs/25, 30lbs/30 reps, no rest between sets just straight through. Feeling flat, but here is photo w/ gym pump....thank God for caffeine!!!

Pretty basic, here is a typical day:

meal 1- 3 whole eggs w/ cheese, 2 spoons flaxseed oil
meal 2- 2 scoops whey isolate, 2 spoons flaxseed oil
meal 3- 6 oz chicken, lean steak, or fish, 2 spoons coconut oil
meal 4- same as meal 3, may add 2 cups steamed broccoli
meal 5- same as meal 2
meal 6- 1 large packet of albacore tuna, 2 handfuls almonds, 1 cap Gaba, 4-6 scoops phenibut before bed for 3 days in a row, followed by a 2-3 day washout, then repeat phenibut protocol

Weekend diet- drop fats and replace with 30-50 grams carbs per meal coming from oats, yams, or brown rice, I'll do 1 giant cheat meal either on Saturday or Sunday in place of 1 of my meals.
 
Todays workout was fueled by latest Kataklysm album "Of ghosts and Gods" check it out, high energy stuff!!
 
planning out cycle now, thinking about 700/wk primo, 200/wk deca, and possibly winstrol at 100mg 3x/wk from oil based winny. $$$ is going to be a factor, really all depends on my cash flow come beginning of the year. Right now CJC-1295 w/out DAC @ 200mcg pre-bed and huperzine-A @ 200mcg/day along with TRT, seems to be kicking fat loss and general sense of well-being up pretty good. I don't like the GHRP's because they tend to make me overeat, I do better on just CJC-1295 w/ huperzine-A
 
Im in , just TRT and this diet plus more cardio and a higher rep routine.

My last keto diet I ate spinach/romaine leaves plus the olive oil . Will probably include this for one meal like just like your meal #4 . Low sodium cheese is also great for hunger pains .
