
UPDATE, 12/3/2016
I'm down to 214 lbs now. I've had a rough past couple weeks, got sick with sinus shit and chest congestion, had it for the past week but it's slowly getting better. Went to Doc and got some sort of nasal steroid spray to help clear it up.
Thanksgiving was well.... thanksgiving. I ate a lot that day, but no leftovers and when it was done it was done. The next day acted like it never happened and back on the diet.
I am switching workout routine up and going back to doing less of a full body split and more of a classic split. I had been doing full upper body a few times/week, and legs on a day to their own, but hadn't trained legs in 2 weeks. I'm not looking to get my quads any bigger, trying to still fit in normal jeans. I'm going for more of a classic look so I'm sort of training based on the look I want.
Yesterday was back day, I did wide grip pullups and did an old Chuck Sipes pullup routine that kicked my ass. Sets were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9 ,10....then after 10 sets of that climbing rep range I went back down to 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 ,4 ,3 ,2 ,1. Then I added back in deadlifts which is only the 3rd time since late August I've deadlifted. I had hemmerhoid surgery back then and decided going for a 700lb deadlift was no longer a priority of mine, however I am deadlifting moderate weight again.
Anyways, I'm pretty depleted here, veins gone done, another cpl days and I'll carb back up. Been using 200mcg CJC-1295 w/out DAC once/day before bed for fat loss/anti-ageing, and started taking a supplement called GABA before bed, which is REALLY helping my sleep and getting me into REM sleep faster (dreams are crazy). Stuff was fairly cheap enough and I'm very pleased I'm back to sleeping well during this extreme of a diet. Anyways......will update again soon-Demon
