Rigging up your lab with something that will destroy the evidence via remote. Everything you have falls into a industrial shredder that runs into a floor drain and a water system to rinse it down the drain. I would have multiple steel doors leading to my lab allowing me time to destroy the evidence, including a steal gate with spikes on the ground, slowing down the cops, by the time I'm done I could be sitting there relaxed waiting for them.

Always have cameras all around your lab, watch for suspicious activity. Set up an alarm system.

I personally put my lab on the moon just to be extra safe. Technically its not even illegal there.
