Its good. I decided to pin once per week instead of every two weeks. I have struggled with insomnia for some years now, and I have been sleeping great the last few weeks. I hope its not just a fluke. The only physical change I notice is my resting pulse rate is up a bit. Not high by any means, but mine has been around 50 bpm for years, now it is in the mid 60's. Blood pressure is still good and over all I just seem to feel better. Thanks for asking.
