my advice.... really resist the urge to go heavy, be very very very careful, it is so easy to tweak ligaments and tendons and then screw yourself up for a long long time where you can't lift much at all, going on a cycle is a perfect time to injure yourself with your quick increase in strength, make sure your form is good and don't hyperextend or go too low below parallel on shoulder exercises, so easy to get hurt for us older guys without the youthful elasticity to our connective tissues
also, I think you will find that you will be worse off after you cycle and going on trt will be something you are hastening, and it is not a light decision to make as it is not a perfect easy solution and shouldn't be taken lightly
