Any age relevant tips for a 59 yr old first timer? I got the pinning and dosing down. What can I expect mentally and physically?
1-2 weeks: deca 450mg per week
3-8 weeks: deca 300 per week
Cyp 150mg per week
9-10 weeks: cyp 150 mg per week
Then pct.
I train 4 days a week heavy weight low reps. Jog 2.5 mi 3days a week
My diet is hard to keep on track.
I am 6'4" 272lbs
