70

Looks like you're going strong as fuck dude. Good shit. The best part about being your age is mindless won't rape you.
Oh, yeah. I'd be left alone even in the Philadelphia prison system. As an elder with several degrees, I may even respect.

Sure do enjoy seeing folks that have walked this earth for a while still looking strong AF--which you certainly still do sir. While not quite in my 50's yet, I'm old enough to see folks were right and time only seems to keep speeding up and flies by more and more every year. I try to keep that in mind when staying longer on my Rx dose, spreading out blasts, being conservative when I do, but also admit, some times the gains and feeling on and wanting more gets the best of me where I add a little more or run a little longer than planned.

To that end, I certainly value even the most brief, ballpark info on older athletes' historical AAS use and what they find works best for them as they get past the 50's. While I know I am in way better shape/size/strength than my 20's, sure hope to keep improving and prolonging as long as I can. This ride called life has proven overly good to me, and don't want it to end any time soon.

Congrats man!

What advice would you give people half your age to make it to 70 and look like you? How’s ur health markers etc?

Cycles? Blast and cruise type, tell us more!
I think probably each story is unique, so there's no magic recipe. I didn't even begin to use the medicine until I was into my 50s: it was needed for sure. I use a lot of supplements for both protection (aromasin) and enhancements (argi-orni). Also have prescriptions for both HBP and BPH (flomax + Avodart). Haven't used hGH since 2012 when a malignant tumour was found in my upper large intestine. (Removed successfully via laparoscopic surgery along with a foot of my upper gut in August of that year, plumbing still intact, a two-inch tiny scar; never came back. Was back on gear by that fall and looking pretty good in Mexico by Xmas.) Pity because hGH or similar things can be a great supplement while aging. I blast and cruise on TRT, blasting mainly with EQ & Test 400 or TNT & cruising on 200 mg/wk Test cyp. Don't seem to need as much food as when I was younger (belly grows too easily), but I still take good protein & creatine and eat plenty of fish. But I'm sure none of that compares to my work ethic. I push hard, often to failure, and sometimes make others uncomfortable with my grunting or the noise I make because sometimes it hurts like fuck. (Few young guys are doing that: too damned busy on their phones while sitting at the machines.) Stiff muscles and painful joints are the price one pays, but they're under control as long as I don't stop lifting. Long breaks lets Father Time in the door. I need to workout with intensity about every second day for an hour, give or take, with stairmaster for a half hour three times a week. (Sorry for going on so long!)

Dont stop! Keep on preaching!

So you cruise on 200 test for how long and how long and how frequent are your blasts of 400 test and EQ?

Solo many have asked about health. I will go a step further but I do not mean to be rude.

Have you used AAS for many years or in the past? Do you currently use AAS or TRT, if so, what dosages? Do you have any health issues you attribute to AAS use? Enlarged heart, cholesterol etc. For many of us, you're like looking down the road at what we may expect in our future. Please share your experience. You may help hundreds of younger guys.

You look great at 70 btw! We appreciate you opening up and sharing. What I'm interested in is your health if you have been around longtime user.
Hi G.I. Already answered much of this just above. I'm currently running Test 400 & EQ 300 2x EW, and I did 75 mg Tren ace daily for the first 14 days. (Unpleasant sides but just temporarily.) Tren taken at too of doses also caused me a high RBC count, so I avoid it. Cholesterol is generally fine but I still have a prescription for that. I've been a regular social drinker most of my life, so that and my age may have contributed to my managed high blood pressure & prostate enlargement, so I really can't blame gear. (A great many men my age have those issues.) My left ventricle is only slightly enlarged but no problem says the doc, so the ticker is generally okay. As I said above, I didn't even start using gear until I was into my 50s, but I did prohormones throughout my 40s. As mentioned above, I had a cancerous tumour removed 8 years ago, but gear has never been shown to cause cancer, so I went right back on (quitting hGH however). After long discussions with experts and bros with experience, everyone said it was unknown whether or not I still might have random cancerous cells or whether gear could cause cancerous cells that still might be present to grow. I weighed my choices and went for it, and have had no signs of a return. Regular workouts become a psychological necessity as one ages. They strengthen the will and keep at bay that mental vacancy or passive acceptance of decline one sees often in some older people. Can't beat time, but maybe it can be held back for longer. (Again, I went on longer than I intended: sorry.)

So you cruise on 200 test for how long and how long and how frequent are your blasts of 400 test and EQ?
Frankly, I don't keep a very careful schedule. I may go a half year on TRT alone, doing only one 12-15 week blast, or I may do two such blasts in one year. (I often begin a blast with 75mg/wk of Tren ace for two weeks.) After all, there's no returning to natural Test production to worry about. I'd recommend no more than one blast a year, but I seldom follow my own advice in that.

What did you pop in to get your ego stroked and then pop out @solo47

No man, great to see you on here again. It's been a while. Looking good and strong my man.

Hey, man, are you still giving such great advice? I remember you well. And getting my ego stroked is not such a bad excuse when one is my age. Even I have doubts on occasion. Suddenly I'm retired and single again, so maybe you're right that I wanted just a little recognition for my efforts. I also don't mind being something of an encouragement to younger guys wondering about how they will age, doing what we do.

Here I am today, for anyone who may remember me or care at all. I'm certainly not the biggest guy and not nearly even what I was 10-15 years ago. BUT I turned 70 only a week ago, so keep that in mind. (Mirror said: "Selfie Now," so I thought I'd best comply.)
I should add that I "disappeared" from here fairly soon after my cancer tumour operation in 2012, coming back less often. Also, it seemed everyone was asking for advice and more questions and then arguing about it. Some newbies got pretty rude. (Not that I couldn't be difficult myself or reveal my bad sense of humour.) I didn't require more specialist knowledge for myself and there were several bros giving good words (and not getting too much flak for it), so I felt it was time to head out to pasture and take care of myself.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with us and good health is very important in this lifestyle. We all should be making strides in protecting our health. Playing the game right is the best thing!

@mands I agree with solo it's good to still see you here. I don't see many names es I remember I just barely starting coming back around end of last year.
Glad you and solo made an appearance. And solo glad you recovered well from your operation.
