750mg TestC/wk vs 400mg TestC/wk + 350mg PrimoW/wk - Benefits/Pros/Cons?

I guess my question is, when adding a relatively mild compound like PrimoE with TestC, what are the advantages of running additional compounds over just an equal dosage of only TestC. Is it a matter of dealing with sides when running higher doses of Test? Such as PrimoE lowering E2 and not affecting lipids as much. But in terms of simply building muscle, increasing strength, recovery, etc. is running 750 mg of TestC/wk superior to 400 mg TestC/wk + 350 PrimoE/wk or are they basically equal? Thanks for any input.
