Pinned 1.2ml of Tren A pre-wo. It was more than I wanted and I wasn't going to put it back so, I said fuck it. Breathing during the ladder was harder today then yesterday. I don't really have anything else to say.

It probably seems ridiculous for me to keep posting pics of my cardio, but it helps me to get through it. Knowing that if I don't I could give the impression I'm a slacker.

Fuck I'm cramping typing this and it hurts. I'm going to go drink a gallon of ice water.

I'm walking my dog yesterday and just as we are getting to the MILF's house I see one of her dogs come running at us. My dog doesn't get along with other dogs. I'm not sure if its bc she was never around other dogs or what, but anytime a dog gets around her she's ready to throw down. I heard voices as we were getting close, and knew it was her neighbor. Her neighbor is this old nosey fuck who has been trying to talk to me lately. So, I wasn't looking in that direction to avoid making eye contact. Her dog, Rocket, was nose to nose with Cally in secs. It didn't look good. Cally kept her cool, to my surprise, and didn't rip her dogs throat out. As I'm pulling Cally back I look up and see MILF running to get her dog, small black tank top and short jean shorts. She said, "I didn't see you guys coming, bad Rocket" smacking him on the back and bending over slow with a long pause to give me a full boob shot. Lol Even though we go by there EVERYDAY at the SAME TIME, she had no idea we would be walking by:rolleyes:, whatever. I'm no Brad Pitt, but I ain't no Sloth from Goonies either, I think we know what's up. She's been looking at the menu for a while and she wants the 7Dog Special. If I knew that damn neighbor would mind his own business I would just go ahead and take her out in the cornfield. Corns about 7ft already.

I should have blood work results Mon. or Tues. It will be interesting to see where I'm at. I still feel good, was dragging a little this morning, but once I warmed up I was fine. I know it won't show anything about the Mast and since its been so long between cycles, 10+yrs, I probably should have just went with Test. I've read the Mast can help your mood and I haven't been this happy since "Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny fucking Kaye!" Lol And yeah libido is still up.:)

Egg prices at Sam's Club have gotten stupid. May 12th $4.62 for 36, June 3rd $4.41 for 36, June 9th $5.28 for 36, June 22nd $7.12 for 36:eek::eek::eek:. Actually they didn't have the 36ct like normal, only cartons of 18 @ $3.56ea. I live in a rural area so I could probably find fresh farm eggs I just like the convenience of getting most of my shit from Sam's. Egg prices go up chicken breast go down, was $1.99/lb now 1.88/lb:rolleyes:. Where I live they are know for price gouging. After 9/11 gas price went to something like $7-$10/gal and cars were lined up. They got in trouble for that shit, I guess.

The fucking gym DJ's broke another radio. That makes 6 radios since I been working out there, Nov 2013. Yeah everyone of them have been POS, but that's not really the point. The problem is no one gives two fucks, not the staff or the people that workout there, its fucking ridiculous. Yeah I can wear headphones and it is better with them on, I just don't like to, bugs the shit out of me. Fucking cord, shit falling out of my pocket, I like to concentrate on I'm doing not jacking around with headphones. One other thing is this group, and I mean group, of Arabs have been coming in to working out. Its about 10 of them, and like I said I live in a rural area, so its odd. They are very loud, even more now the radio busted, its fucking annoying. And not just bc they're Arabs either, that shit really doesn't bother me.

Breathing was definitely difficult on all three, ladder is always the hardest. Sweaty Teddy also. Quad pin was fine, nice to give the shoulders and glutes a break.

I think the reason my joints are hurting, is bc my estrogen is low. Gotta try about 1/4 less dose of adex see if that helps.

Had similar joint pain, got my bloodwork back yesterday and my estradiol was undetectable. Dialing back my AI (Letro) to see if it helps.

Hopefully that will work for ya. Joint pain is a bitch, and it just keeps getting worse at we age. In a way I want to say fuck estrogen all together, but I do understand we need a little.

I've been taking ralox 1ml (30mg/ml) and adex .7ml (1.5mg/ml) twice a day both from Maxim (taste horrible). The adex I started that way about 2 weeks in bc a water retention. I'm cutting adex back to .5ml twice a day. I hoping that will put me around 30 estradiol, at least this batch.
 
Fury Road is available on torrent or streaming sites, not that I've EVER seen a movie that way, but if I did I would probably be watching it sometime today.:) Speaking of movies Terminator Genisys will be out in a few days that's a must see.

I like doing that if I have a little extra time in the gym. I'll do the bulk of the main muscle I'm working then towards the end throw a few extras in then end the workout with a few burners on the main muscle for the day
 
I'm currently training back/tri , chest/bi. Have been for a couple months now. Everything has to be changed up now and again to keep progressing. I really like the plan. It keeps you fresh.
 
I try to keep the same attitude with our snakes.

I always feel guilty as shit when one gets mowed because I didn't see them.
And just for mentioning the snakes, 2 foot diamondback shows up in my garage tonight. Will post a pic tomorrow.

I should have been paying attention to the mastiff's behavior. She knew it was there immediately.
