Would anyone be down for a second pot to make things more interesting? Something like a $30-50 buy-in. For example, if the winner bought into both pots they would receive their proceeds from both pots. If someone won that didn't partake in the second pot they would receive their proceeds from the $25 buy-in and the participants in the second pot would receive a refund from their buy-in.

It looks like the current pot isn't going to be to much, BUT with that said the contest isn't necessarily about money as much as it is about friendly competition.

Just throwin' it out there for food for thought.;)

Haha, sorry I haven't been updating my log in the social group, just that I can't get to it on my phone, I have been updating my log in the forum part tho. [emoji16]
 
I understand what you say tho, some people aren't keeping up with any logs or anything.
Workouts been great man, everything growing.. Except my biceps. This week I will be incorporating a Rest-Pause Training for 7 days to possibly Kickstart my Bis into growing. It's one workout, everyday. For 7 days. 8RM, then sit the dumbells on the ground, rest 5-10 sec then perform 1 Rep. Rest, 1 rep, rest 1 rep, and so on for 3 min.
 
Looks like we are about at the half way point. Time to bring out the A game fellas.

Pabst how is the tren going and what dose? I am thinking of adding some in my next cycle for the first time.
 
Up to 100 mgs a day now hardly any sides besides the night sweats and fucked up dreams but loving it thinking about going up giving it another week at a 100mg to b safe.

Try preacher curl take your heaviest ez
Curl bar and start a latter and work out self up to your heaviest than try to do three sets of ten.. than drop a bit than two maybe three more, depending on how toast your by's are... try to start out with 25's...

Thanks, I'll give my thing a try, apparently you see results after 7 days. If it works it works, if it doesn't it doesn't and it's back to the drawing boards lol. Thanks for the advice tho. Sounds like you are describing a Drop Set type of workout

Hell yeah I hope what your going to try works... some days I like to put to a 5 to 1 before I drop down...
 
5 to 1 I mean once I hit my max on 2 to 30 sets of ten, bump it up to wear you can only do 5reps, than so on till you get to only reping a higher your highest weight..
