I finally received my goodies after what felt like an eternity.
I have had a few people interested in my trying Anadrol so a log or something like it is called for. So here I am. Hello again.
I will be taking 25mg split twice a day. 12.5mg morning and 12.5mg evening.
The plan is 8 weeks but seeing as this is my first rodeo we will see what happens. Y'all follow along and we will see what we see.
Today is day numero uno.
Splitting the pill is a pain in the ass. I licked it off the table today to make sure I didn't waste it.
I trained legs today but I was not able to do everything that I wanted due to the fact that my gym is small and it was packed today.
Leg extension 4x10 at 110
Hamstring curl 4x10 at 80
Leg press 4x10 at 270
Wanted to squat but some fuck nugget was benching in the only rack. He benched the whole goddamn time I was there.
Did some lunges with the 60lb barbell
Goblin squats and sumo squats with a dumbbell
Seated calf raises at 70lb
Stiff legged dumbbell deadlift with the 40lb db's
