A Goose & Anadrol (A Log, or Something)

Ah, I see. I'm a bit of a nail biter so I thought I recognized a kindred spirit.

I was finally able to quit picking my face but my nails and my nail beds look horrible. I usually can get to a point where I stop but as soon as a very stressful event happens I lose it and they're gone.
I did great for like a year but when my mother had a stroke recently and I lost my streak.

I was talking to a friend yesterday and I looked down and had blood running down my thumb because I had picked the side of my finger so bad [emoji37]

Why the harsh orals ladies? Pin your ass with Primo instead. Your liver will thank you. :)

Spent 2 hours yesterday trying to watch YouTube tutorials on pinning TBH, you've made a good point though.

The only other concerns are I've noticed more packets that get seized end up being vials. And also having to buy syringes/needles.
 
Good luck on your run. You are hitting on a lot of the reasons I train at home! The only one to get aggravated at for benching in the squat rack is myself!

Unsolicited gym advice sucks!! In over 20 years training at gyms across the country I never once gave unsolicited advice. Had people ask lots of questions and that is a different story. I have no problem giving my opinion and trying to help out if asked but "volunteering" advice while someone is training is just obnoxious.
 
Officially 2 weeks!

Here's a quick rundown of what's going on:

  • I've had more endurance in the gym (I hit the gym after work so this has been amazing)
  • Lifts have gone up
  • I have a bit of a scratchy throat
  • I have not grown a dick (People keep asking about this?) haha
  • I have put on about 7-8lbs (There's a lot of water. The fluff is real)
  • I've been sleeping better than I have in a while
  • I sweat like nobody's business
  • My hair gets so oily so fast that I have to wash it every day or spray a fuck ton of dry shampoo in it. Gross.
  • My skin is so oily that wearing makeup to work is a nightmare. Lasts a couple of hours then looks like it's melting off my face.
  • I have been very quick to anger.
I have come to realize you don't know how little water you are drinking until you start diligently tracking it. I was drinking about 2 liters a day (more give than take) but I have started drinking no less than 4 liters and it has helped tremendously with the bloating I have had. I am still bloated, but my hands and feet feel so much better. My wedding ring still won't fit the ole snausage but I can live with that.

Still taking 25mg split morning/evening.

I've had several people who I haven't seen in a while comment that I am looking solid. Honestly, I feel like a concrete block with legs. I actually feel heavy, ugh.
I've been throwing in some cardio at the end of my workouts, nothing to report there other than I still hate cardio xD

I have felt lately that my appetite has decreased. I simply haven't wanted to eat that much which is making my bulking even harder.

That's about all I have to report. I haven't weighed myself in a few days so I will double check that and get back with you.
 
There's an epidemic sweeping my gym.

I thought I had walked into the set of Willy Wonka and I was surrounded by Oompa Loompas.

Fucking Melanotan. This one chick who is a Casper skinned ginger started taking it and it looks like the shit nightmares are made of. It is so scary and everyone is doing it.

One guy walked up to me and told me about it after he heard me ask why everyone looked so orange.
Told me I needed to buy it and use it so I could be tan!

Don't focus on the scale too much... go by how you look and how your clothes fit... once you venture off to the dark side (hehehehe not sure why but I like saying that) weight is kinda skewed so don't focus on that number too much unless you are competing in PL. Just enjoy the run!

Melatonan 2 - YES! it's a great tool but sounds like that casper chick is doing too high of a dose...lol... dose should be adjusted based on your natural skin tone... but take it easy as it can have some unpleasant sides.

They are using too much to quick. You turn orange if you dose too high to fast. Start off low and you don't get the orange look lol.

Buying syringes and needles is the easy part. As for seizures, I had a little envelope of pills snagged so it's all a risk.
