WEEK 3:
Strength continues to increase, but this week is slower than it did the last week.
My "love button" is a little swollen and gets more so when I'm aroused.
Which to be honest, is all the time. Everyday. It's awful.
I love it when I'm with husband but when I'm at work this shit sucks.
I feel like the bloating is staying but it's not as painful as it was last week. Cutting down sodium has been hard but I did it. I love that "mrs dash" salt free seasoning so I have added that to things.
I don't drink Soda of any type so I haven't had to worry about sodium from that either.
Just have to stop drop and chug that water y'all. Even if you take 28 bathroom trips during the day.
I have been doing a lot better with my mood but that's due to some alternative supplementation
Weight hasn't shot up, just a couple of lbs and you can tell how much is water weight based on the fact that the scale moves so much.
Benching has been an incredibly hard thing for me to go up but I finally hit 115.
Squatting 165 for reps so I'm not sure what my 1rm is right now. I'll have to find out!
Pretty much everything has gone up even if only a little.
So that's exciting
