A Goose & Anadrol (A Log, or Something)

Sounds like things are going very well. Keep up the good work!

The shedding could just be overall hormone fluctuation and not common with anadrol. it could also be stress or even you pushing harder at the gym. So many variables.

Just keep pushing, everything will fall into place from the looks of it!

I shoulder pressed 35lb db's for 8 last night. I dropped them and screamed and my husband was actually excited too!

The bottom number is WAY to high. The top isn't good either. Is that one reading or are you testing over several days?

I take a light blood pressure pill
Myself and add Hawthorne berry to drop it further and lower fluid retention. It's probly fluid build up from the drol that got it up that high.

My BP has never been high. But my eye won't stop twitching so I've been checking it every day. Yesterday was 147/110

It's not fluctuating a whole lot.

That's too high. Not good.

Did you take several tests? Make sure you're relaxed etc Try every 10 minutes for a half hour and then again two hours later. Once in while our automatic blood pressure cuff (wrist type) doesn't read well when batteries are running down.

The 147 is Stage 1 hypertension and the 110 bottom is Stage 2 and pretty high. I'd keep track and seek medical attention soon if it stays that high. I'm surprised your eyes aren't bloodshot or something.

I'm in the middle of buying a house, high BP runs in my family, and I'm having some stress at work which I think is contributing to the problem. I've been checking it regularly and about a week ago is when it started climbing

I'd very much watch it as that bottom number is not healthy for very long. Top number isn't good either but your bottom number is 30-40 points to high. You can damage kidneys (non repairable organs), heart, etc if left like that.
