A Goose & Anadrol (A Log, or Something)

I'd very much watch it as that bottom number is not healthy for very long. Top number isn't good either but your bottom number is 30-40 points to high. You can damage kidneys (non repairable organs), heart, etc if left like that.

If it's the Adrol do you think it would help to lower the dose I'm taking?

I'm guessing the drol is contributing. I'd have no idea as women don't take much anyway but as an oral you could try it and should find out quickly. There's lots of stuff you can try but if it doesn't work get a script for a bp med. Bp meds are super cheap.

Week 4:

Not much to report other than my blood pressure is higher than normal.

156/118

How much water are you drinking and are you retaining a lot of water still? Make sure to cut out your sodium and keeping your diet super clean as this is critical if your blood pressure keeps climbing. Water retention can have a lot to do with increasing blood pressure. Are you getting nose bleeds as well?

Incorporate pumpkin puree as it helps with bloat as well. My fave snack is 2tbs greek yogurt with 4 tbs pumpkin puree and some stevia or spenda and cinnamon.

Also, what is your dose at currently?

2 gallons a day, and the bloat is still pretty bad.
No nose bleeds.

My diet is going to be much better as this is freaking me out. I am 80/20 but eff this noise

25mg split 12.5 morning/evening

My BP used to shoot up before I learned how to keep it under control. When it did I ceased all AAS until I could get it under control. If I got it under control rather quickly, I would start the AAS back up and continue to monitor closely. You are free to do as you please since it is your body but if it was me I would cease the anadrol immediately until it comes down. Remember, we must all practice safety first.

I really think your water retention is what's causing those numbers. Get your diet 100%.

As for the dose, are you able to divide the 25mg into 4? I would also reduce the dose by half.

Mines about 70-75 normally
Ok IF you need bp meds a beta blocker may be your best choice because it lowers bp by slowing your heart rate. I too get a higher pulse rate while on and metoproponol xr (extended release) helped bring it back down while lowering bp. It depends though what the doc thinks but you could mention it. Some complain of tiredness but I notice no sides. I think cause while my pulse lowered it's still where it was normally.

Obviously it's best to try to control bp without meds but that reading is to high long term and should be lowered soon.

You've been experiencing increased fluid almost from the beginning and that's most likely the cause. Lowering the dose *might* help but a thiazide diuretic will get rid of the fluid and lower your BP. I'd consider asking your doc for an RX.
