Im currently trying to cut weight, 45m 6'4 290. Been on tirz for a few months to lose some stubborn fat after a few knee surgeries and elbow surgery. Also on 200 mgs of Test C. Once I'm where I feel comfortable working out again (really soon) I want to really get into it like I used to when I was younger and less broken. Any of you have any suggestions on what to take to help cut/bulk/define once I start working out again? I've always been a big guy (played football for years) but age and surgeries don't help with the muscle mass. Need a little help from my friends...thanks!
