A little broken and need some help!!

Im currently trying to cut weight, 45m 6'4 290. Been on tirz for a few months to lose some stubborn fat after a few knee surgeries and elbow surgery. Also on 200 mgs of Test C. Once I'm where I feel comfortable working out again (really soon) I want to really get into it like I used to when I was younger and less broken. Any of you have any suggestions on what to take to help cut/bulk/define once I start working out again? I've always been a big guy (played football for years) but age and surgeries don't help with the muscle mass. Need a little help from my friends...thanks!

Testosterone, Tirzepatide, Human Growth Hormone.
That's all daddy needs to get back in the game.
 
There's no in-between for rehab from an injury. Either you're working out full intensity, or you should be doing more rehab exercises on your way there.

200mg test and tirz is a great combo for where you're at. You could add gh once you start lifting and doing cardio again. 2iu at night would probably help out with weight and joints.
 
To add to what others said, If you’re going to cut, maybe add some yohimbine, and check thyroid function to see if you need hormones to have it function at its best.
TB and BPC for injuries are also good. Take ad hoc, not necessarily continuously.
