He could not come through in the playoffs though last year when we needed him the most. Our team had to rely on people like Todd Walker too many times during our most important games.
Manny is a piece of shit. He is a lazy foreigner who was given the opportunity of a lifetime and takes everything for granted. He knows he is good, so he just fuckin walks around like he is king shit. He turns a routine fly into an friggin bending over bucket catch on the shoelaces of his glove, because for some reason he doesn't feel the need to run in the outfield.....or anywher for that matter. I also don't think he gives back to the community like many of the SOX players do. Fuck him as far as I'm concerned.
A-Rod appears to be an all-around good guy. He is the best player in baseball right now and I don't think it would hurt the sox to get him. Even though I like Nomar, I would take A-Rod over him. If only these greedy cocksuckers would cut a few unecessary millions off their contracts we could keep Nomar and A-Rod putting them on short and third respectively. I can't say that I wouldn't be that greedy if I had the money because I've never been in that position, but I would trade away some of the money to be able to form one of the greatest teams in ball.
We had the chance to win the World Series last year with the players we had and they didn't come through. Its time for change. Our pitching staff is ridiculous, no one in the majors can compare, so now we just gotta straighten out this batting order.
It is all gonna come down to money, and that is sad, but true.....Even worse because this is supposed to be America's Pastime, my ass!
