I wouldn't be able to advise other than to say getting e2 down in the 30's would be must. Why not run tren a with your trt dose combined with impeccable diet?

Im sick of having a smooth stomach. Last "cut" I did I was just on trt. I did lose some but it wasnt dramatic enough. I want to make a serious cut with AAS as my safety net so I dont lose pounds of muscle on a calorie deficit. I also want to start as soon as my deca is gone. I dont plan on waiting my standard time off first time on theory I been using. I have ground to cover
 
So what's the best way to approach cutting drug wise? I know tren is a front runner but id like to consider other options first. I wanna make a strong appearance pool side this summer lol

Hey bro Here's what has worked best for me.

1. Drop your calories until you have found your maintenance by weighing in once a week-- 2 weigh ins in a row to confirm you are are at maint. I always wait for 2 weeks before upping or lowering cals because our weight fluctuates for so many reasons other than total cals.

2. Maintain for a few weeks then slowly start subtracting calories (maybe start at a 500 caloric deficit to get things moving) until you're losing about 1 lb/wk. this will be your new deficit. 1 lb a week will ensure you are not losing too fast and losing muscle mass with the fat. My macros stay the same. (Obviously those #s will continuously decrease as your calories get lower and lower). I don't cut carbs- the # of carbs should naturally decrease simply because you are eating way less food. It works for me and I don't starve and still have energy. But to each his own on that ideology.

3. Eat at this deficit until you see that you are no longer losing 1 lb/wk. This means you have stalled. At this point, subtract another hundred or so and the scale will start moving again.

4. Rinse and repeat.

5. Refeed every week or 2 weeks, whenever you're feeling very "flat" or weak. This is basically eating a few hundred calories over your original maintenance number with a huge increase in carbs on that day while keeping fat low. There are more specific methods but I basically just do that to keep it simple.

When eating at a deficit for an extended amount of time, leptin levels will drop and your body basically thinks it's starving and goes into an emergency state and will begin to hold on to any amount of energy in any way it can-- aka you will stop burning fat effectively. Raisin the leptin level with a refeed is tricking your body that all is well, and thus raising that leptin level back up to re kick start the fat loss.

Gear: Tren is undoubtedly the king for this but if you want to stay away, my favorite would be mast and var. I keep my test low (500 or less) and the other things at a higher dose. Anything that may cause bloat I leave out.

Water is huge. 1.5 gal min, you should be peeing so much that it is annoying-- this will keep you flushed and water weight will stay down (more water = less water weight, weird I know).

There are two train of thoughts with aas and cutting.. One being that using steroids will allow you to cut at a faster rate by going to extreme deficits and still hold on to muscle. The other being that you can burn fat much faster than someone cutting natural at much lower deficits. I fall right in the middle and cut basically like a natty would (aiming for 1lb/wk) and let the gear be icing on the cake.

Sorry for the novel or if this was basic knowledge, figured I'd write it for anyone reading that hasn't successfully cut before and got in the zone lol.

My short answer to your question would be low test, high mast and var. And tren even though you aren't considering it... Because yea, tren.

I lean bulk at about 4,000 cals.
Last cut I did just on trt and went as low as 2800 which was terrible for me. Hungry all the time. Not some thing im used to. The loss was descent but not very dramatic. My body is up to it I know it is but I need the assistance of being in a cycle. Those are great suggestions. If I had tren in my corner id like to drop down to 2300ish and go to war with the inner fat kid. What's good? Bill roberts recommends 50mg daily tren A along with test. What say you?
 
drug wise a DHT like Mast, Primo, Winni and Var are front runners. EQ, Tren, and Deca come in 2nd. fix your diet to not eat so many carbs and you'll lose the fat. don't forget to eat fat, cause eating fat doesn't make you fat. ;)
I have started this type of thinking awhile ago. I now am trying to cut carbs out completely and eating tons of high quality/clean fats and high amounts of protein. I'm not getting enough protein in my diet, but it okay...

Sleeps a bitch , especially as you get older . Im a mid-cycle insomniac . 3:00 am every morning . Wide awake , leak the lizard a few times then spend 2 hours trying to back to sleep . Sometimes I don"t get back . Sleep study says "your all over the place on the graph , sleep apnea and PTSD ".

Asian doctor told me my problems are from too big of a neck and my "buffalo humps" (traps).lol

Have you considered turning up the pressure on your cpap machine? I did this and now I sleep very well through the night. I still have to get up to use the restroom at night only if I drink to much water at night.

My neck is close to 18' iirc

Also consider good fat sources like peanut butter, grizzle from your cooked meats and salmon if you have access
Not sure where I stand on protein at this moment. My heart says "You need it....period" The other part of me say I don't. I get bigger whether i get a lot of protien or not while I'm lifting. I'm looking at trying the keto diet soon, hence why I've been cutting down on carbs. & upping fats

Funny thing is that I'm trying to lose more lbs, but I'm bigger (maybe its genetics) than 90% of the guys at the 2 gyms I've been going to. I weighed in at 238 this morning. The only leg work I've been doing is 25-30 minutes on the stairmaster. I could be heavier if I did more squats etc...

I've been eating more bacon, sausages and fish too

Not saying it's the best routine, but works with my schedule, I pin three days a week. Was using 150mg Tren A, 150mg test Cyp, and 150mg EQ there for a while. It worked well for me. 150mg of Tren is about my threshold for BP reasons. You think test makes you a sex machine, wait until you try tren. I Seriously thought I was gonna need two women, cuz I knew I was gonna wear one out.

Those dosages were each pin in case anyone got confused with how I wrote that.

I like Macadamia nut oil too. I also use Coconut oil, fish oil caps and oily fish, butter, and heavy whipping cream,
 
I've got a pretty sketchy cut cycle planned. I will let you know how it goes. For now I'm doing it natural. I completely dropped my shakes on cardio and abs days, which is 3x a week. I am definitely losing size but oh well I'll get most of it back when I do my cut cycle since I will be on tren.
