Its the same kid in my gym with 12 inch arms doing hammer curls with #50's everyday. Partial range of movement of course.
He super sets them with the double weighted oblique exercises.
 
Obliques are an indicator of low bodyfat . You can tone them all you want but until you get under 10% (way under) you wont see em . This year Im going for extreme leaness but I wont be seeing the obliques until I get around 7 or 8 % .

I used to take a broom handle or straight bar and sit and do twisties and side bends , all Frank Zane favorites ...
True. I've never been professionally measured but all tests I've taken reveals 13 percent bodyfat and every damn piece of it is central.lower torso. I agree obviously it's a bodyfat issue but if I could get some muscle in there I know it won't hurt

First you start seeing the lower abs then the obliques follow ...

Lose another 2 or 3 % BF Trukker and see if your not happy with the look . Your on your way , dont rush it and above all dont start bulking , most guys quit cutting just when the magic happens.
 
I'm gonna add two a days cardio to speed this bitch up. If I can. And not everyday.

I'm responding fantastic to low Cal bulking if you wanna call it that? I am getting bigger and dropping bodyfat like ahman green drops footballs. Seems impossible below 3k cals but is is happening.

I'm gonna go balboa on the cardio.

Oh I'm not OGH. I've earned this 270 and I'm keeping all the good none of the bad. It's about time I've done damage control. Get this shit on the right path and get away from the football player look everyone always tells me I have.

I haven't hired a nutritionist but I mentioned a while back a mid 50's fella in my gym that has endeared himself to me. He's helping me a bit. Most ripped dude I ever seen. Degree in nutrition and will be competing again shortly. He knows his shit. And is helping me reach my goals.

I don't isolate anything...but for core I like to toe/bar's, hop on the back extension and do some weighted with a chain wrapped behind my neck and hold the ends out to the side about shoulder height (pinch it hard and pause at the top), flip over on the back extension and do some situps holding the chain tight with my arms fully extended overhead. Seated overhead med ball throws with a partner, you can vary and crunch the ball on each side before you sling it back. Walking lunges with a med ball and crunch cross body when you lunge out. Seated torso twists with a BB. Or you can always grab some homeboys and pass some sandbags down a line ;)

I also love to chop wood, pretty good for your wind, I opt for the sledge & wedge

Chopping wood is out of the picture not in my suburban hell I transplanted to. I used to chop with a wedge mall not a axe and I do appreciate the workout it provides.

Now if I could just find a place to beat on an old tire with out looking like I'm up to no good.

I've been doin this new chin up variation lately I like.
-Throw a T-bar over the pull up bar and stand parallel underneath like the bar is splitting you in two.
-From a dead hang pull up with your arms as you lift your body up legs extended straight and dip your shoulders back until your legs come all the way up and you are in a lever with your chest to the t-bar.
-at the very top I will pinch hard and alternate pointing my toes to either side, really crunch it and rotate your hips either direction.

I like these fuckers, need to figure out an easier name for them

Oh I don't think I'm on that level TEK. I lost my gymnast acrobatic nimbleness at about 220. I'm WAY past that now :)
 
Had a 10 Oz steak tonite. A really nice cut too very tender. Mushrooms and like an entire can of kidney beans with sweet cream butta! It was necessary folks ;)

Another interesting note. Tren cough got me tonite. Raped me and took my virginity. Not cool not cool. Which sucked. But I'll live.
