Acne out of control

So I've been on cycle for about 3 and a half months now. Throughout the beginning of my cycle I had no acne problems. Then it all of a sudden started getting bad but I was able to control it and get it back to normal. Now all of a sudden it's just completely fucking out of control again and I have no idea why. I've been running test cyp 600 per week but in the middle of my cycle I switched to sustanon and propionate briefly as it was what I had available. Throughout the last month I added MENT at 50mg eod. I just stopped MENT about a week ago because the shipping on my second vial was delayed but I will resume it Monday. I added NPP to try and make up for not having MENT as I don't get great gains on test alone. The past week seems to be when my acne flared up the worst mainly on my back and chest but even on my forehead a little and I never have gotten it there before. I've been running accutane and it seems to do literally nothing even though I upped the dose from 20mg per day to 100mg per day. I've run npp before and never had acne like this. Would stopping MENT and allowing my estrogen to increase while off it cause this? I'm totally lost and it fucking sucks to not be able to even show my gains because of fuckin uncontrollable acne. I shower at least twice a day with a neutragina acne soap which seems to dry up my skin a decent amount and it's helped control my acne before but now it's doing nothing. Has anyone had any success in tackling this issue??? Also I should add I'm using a supposedly higher quality test cyp than I was at the beggining of my cycle. Would that matter? Please help

When I get acne on my shoulders and back I use dawn dish soap on a long-handled loofa or brush. Use the dawn to clean and dry out the skin, then I use neutrogena body wash all over my body. This has been the best solution for me. This was also discussed in another thread which they used another dish soap, but dawn works for me

You keep changing things up and your acne keeps coming and going. A week ago you stopped ment and a week ago you got another flare up. I'm seeing a pattern.

I weigh 230. That's considered a moderate to low dose of accutane for that size. What do you mean by cycle layout?

Honestly I don't know which one it is, I'd have to look and I'm not home. Whatever my wife buys I use. Lol

Also, go out and get some sun! A tan will also dry out the skin and will clear up acne. I typically never have acne in the summer months due to hitting the beach or doing yard work with my shirt off.

Ok, your 17 weeks into a cycle, you changed things up. Whatever you changed, stop. Pct, or back on cruise, and let things sort themselves out. I still carry acne scars from a long cycle, 10 years ago. No magic pill. You are experiencing a SIDE caused by androgen use. You taking TREN?

Cycle layout. Test wk 1-? What kind of cycle are you running. Sounds like you just throwing shit together. Anyways bro sounds like ment is your problem. You can also try isopropyl alcohol to dry out the pimples.

Na I wouldn't use tren. Ya I thought androgens were the cause but the androgenic rating of npp is much lower than test cyp and test cyp has been the only constant so I can't imagine that's it. I just have no clue

Oh shit. Nevermind I didn't read you were on accurate. Stay away from prolonged sunlight. I've seen my friend who took accurate have his lips crack severely from too much sun... bleeding lips. Looked so fucking painful.

Try the dawn/dish soap method.

Estro is sky high.. 50mg ment ed dr tony huge ran 50mg aromasin and 2,5mg letro ED and was runing no test and had estro in the 250 range it should

For how log you've been running Accutane and is it pharma grade ?

This is the same exact thing that happens to me , but It goes either way , if my estro climbs real fast I break out , or if it drops real fast . Ment aromatizes like a mfr , it definitely sounds like the acne is estro related .

Op, r u listening to these guys? As that hormonal pendulum swings, you run into issues, more chemicals exacerbate the prob. Higher estro is easier to tolerate with higher test levels, as your estro to test ratio gets higher acne can raise its ugly white head. ACCUTANE isnt benzoyl peroxide, it causes irreversible changes. At your young age your screwin yourself pretty good. Some of lifes lessons are hard to learn. You wont forget this one. Its going to get worse before better. My lower back looks like i took a shotgun blast. Im sorry.
