Advice for PCT

I ran Test @ 400mg for 10 weeks
Dbol @ 30mg for 4 weeks


My PCT is as follows:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
*

* - Thinking of just using Clomid for 3 weeks but continue Nolva for the full 4 weeks

Im on Day 10 of PCT right now and my sex drive is kinda not quite there, I'm tired and I feel weaker in the gym, I've also lost about 5lbs/2kg

I need some advice on my PCT please. I also heard Nolva suppresses your sex drive so maybe when I reduce it to 20mg I would see some increase in libido?

Tough it out. 9 times out of 10 you don't even start to come back to normal until about a month after PCT. Stay strong mentally. Homeostasis is a beautiful thing, you will recover. Ten weeks is not even that long being suppressed.

A week after posting this and my sex drive has gotten better, but obviously not fully back yet. Im fine mentally, feel alright, but I'm wondering how on earth people keep gains after their cycle, I'm finding it incredibly hard to not get fat/keep muscle. I just feel myself withering away and it's getting me down.
 
What Ester was your test and how long did you wait for it to clear before you started pct?
Your shitty feeling may be due the the high dose of clomid. You could easily cut that dose in half, ex: 50/50/25/25.
Your Nolva dose is fine.
Your sides are likely from low t combined with the shitty feeling of
Clomid.

But shit man your only on day 10(day 17 now). Pct sucks, it's just part of the game. Power threw and get bloods a few months after.

Yup, going from feeling like a god, to feeling like a peice of shit, and then to top it off you go back to being skinny and fat at the same time. It sucks.

A lot of people don't keep there gains after pct. It's just the truth of it no one likes to discuss.
 
I completely disagree.

You don't keep your gains because people can't keep up with a diet to keep them and they cry about how shitty they feel and then training suffers, most of the shitty feeling is in their head anyways.
I blush and curse I came off for a few months to try and get my wife pregnant and didn't lose a lb

If you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, you shouldn't be losing everything post cycle... I've made some of my best gains during PCT.

Unless you're low T, the vast majority do not need to blast and cruise to keep gains unless you've reached a level that necessitates it. The vast majority don't achieve that level either I don't think.

And I started blasting and cruising Because I was a 209 but I agree Iv heard some bro science saying there is a rebound affect in pct
