any good ideas for a cutting cycle / stack.

The drugs used aren't important, it's your diet that is important. There are some AAS that reduce bloat which makes it look like you lose more fat but it's a temporary fix. You can use any AAS to cut it boils down to your diet.
 
A complete lifestyle change is in order before ever considering any drugs! Think in terms of years instead of weeks or months. You will thank yourself in the end.
 
Am fasted cardio. 45mins.
Get a good ekg quality heart rate monitor and stay in your fat burning zone, look it up based on your age minus 220. Stay there for 45mins. Do that for 6 weeks. Then do intervals in the am for 6 weeks.
Drink a ton of water.
Proper diet
If your not at or near 10% after 12 weeks of that you either have thyroid problems or can't diet and train.
Work hard. AAS aren't bandaid for laziness and lack of discipline.

Get down to about 15% bf first. Will this be your 1st cycle bro
 
What everyone else said. Not only because you need to figure diet out and all that but because running gear at that high of bf Will lead to complications that will not be pleasant.
 
cheers for info guys its not something that im going to be doing maybe later down line after i have reduced bf just looking for some heads up and no iv done a cycle before too (test e amd var) just looking to learn abit more before i co sider it so i know what sort of stuff coyld be better than others,
thinking of doing a keto diet for a good 3 months anyway heard good things for that

Keto isn't particularly any better for fat loss than a well balanced macro based diet ... not saying keto isn't effective either , but keep in mind your goal should be longevity and an overall change in lifestyle. So when you're choosing a specific diet to following in the beginning you may wanna consider something more sustainable in the long term than keto ?

Good to hear.

It's frustrating to hear you're not ready but the amount of side effects and the lack of effectiveness at that bodyfat will make it a poor experience. It's far better to get your lifestyle in check first. If you get down to a legitimate 10% and then start, you'll experience tremendous growth. Far better than now.

Test Var is fine, but to be completely frank ANY anabolic hormone taken while lean, in sufficient calories to gain weight will transform you. The magic isn't in the choice of hormones, it's in getting all your ducks in a row to allow the hormones to do what they do best.
 
Do everything possible to get lean first without gear, then use it to preserve muscle once you want to get to a lower bf% (single digits)

Take up PL or strongman. Most of those guys are hefty and they run gear and lots of it. I always say being hefty is acceptable if your strong as a raped ape. If not your just another fat dude.
I wonder if Brian Shaw worries about getting down to single digits before he cycles? LOLZ

i train at 6am as i work half 10 untill 7pm and the gym shuts at 8pm

what sort of doet plan should have can anybody write down each meal throughout a average day to lose weight but maintain muscle, i have 3 10minute breaks at work and a half hour

Do yourself a favor and dont use AAS. Not until you have a firm direction on where your going and WHAT a basic diet plan looks like.

no not like that dude i know basic diet and stuff i lost 4 and a half stone if a year amd half but killer cardio and good food/diet, just looking for any advice on dieting im good with my food mate not the best but i would say i am good

I'd say if you've already lost 4.5 stone then well done!

In terms of best advice for diet, there are some good Facebook groups out there. Try 'Macros Inc' and learn from there about macros and see what others are doing.

well i discovered that some keto breakfast like a breakfast cheat,so to speak,help me with the consistency the others days of the week,specially breakfast,my ever worst moment of the day.
